Horrific experience! Made an appointment for my son weeks in advance, with referral sent and telling me they take my insurance. I show up on time with my 16 month old in a rain storm, only to be told they dont take my insurance! Then they lie and say they never received the referral when I have confirmation they did. My PCP doctor called them up and was shocked and wondering why they werent taking me, when the referral is able to be generated, and the doctor is in network. They said if I wanted to be seen I would have to self pay, even though they made the error! Avoid this place unless you want to have trouble! Didnt even apologize! Dont ever go to the Sleepy Hollow location!

Called as an emergency as a large piece of my hearing aid got stuck in my ear. They told me to come in immediately and problem was promptly taken care of. Front staff is very friendly and Dr Zeitlin was amazing .highly recommend this practice, they really care.

Waited 1 hour for doctor and finally left. Have always waited at least 30-45 minutes. They yelled at some older people who were 20 minutes late. The nerve with the way they treat their patients.
