Worked there as an I.T. contracter, when I advised them that the slowness of their systems was due to their "server" being used a front desk registration computer, they refused to upgrade it. I have had 0 calls from them since about any other IT issues, even though I completely re-configured their network and upgraded multiple systems. Charged them next to nothing as it seemed like a small practice, and regret it. Just called to re-schedule my appointment and they cant get me in until after jan 2015. I advise you to go somewhere else. Their turnover in dentist is high.... However, the service was good. The only issue I had is that I had a routine filling and the pain never went away in the tooth. Upon coming back they grinded down the excess in the hope that would fix it. After coming back again, they suggested I wore a night guard. Now... after none of that working and fully expecting a root canal they dont have time for me, even though I charged them next to nothing for quality IT consulting. If you dont treat your customer right, you lose them. I hate to have to leave this review, but I dont want other people having the same issues.

Dont go here. I arrived at 8:12 for an 8:00 appointment and because I had new FEDERAL EMPLOYEE METLIFE DENTAL INSURANCE, I could not be seen for a simple cleaning because the girl upfront did not have time to verify my insurance. Totally ridiculous. Like she could not make a 30 second phone call while the hygenist was doing her job. I called Metlife myself and within 30 seconds, the automated system verified my coverage while I was waiting to speak to a rep. This was a total waste of time and other federal employees need to beware. I had been here before and had a root canal done. The service was fine then when I was paying out of my pocket. Now that I have federal employees insurance for a simple cleaning, they are too busy! It must be all about the money. Dont waste your time with these jokers with all of the dentists available in Smyrna. Never again!

I highly recommend this dentist! We LOVE Dr. Russell and his staff! They are attentive, gentle, genuinely kind and friendly people. For many years our family has relied on their services from simple cleanings, whitening and fillings to root canals, crowns, TMJ counseling and mouth guards. One thing is always evident. They care about people and it shows in all they do, from the moment you walk in until you are heading back to your car. Dr. Russell is sensitive to the fears faced in the chair and is always quick to comfort and thoroughly explain everything he does as he does it. He doesnt continue until you are comfortable and free of pain. If you are looking for a dentist in this area, look no further! Do yourself a favor and give them a call for your next cleaning. I am confident your search will end here.

Our family has been coming to Legacy Hill Dentistry for nearly 20 years and we have a pleasant experience every time we are there. Dr Russell and his staff are very caring and they always do what they can to accommodate our schedule for cleanings and follow up appointments. Our son had his first dental cleaning at Legacy Hill when he was in kindergarten and the hygienist he was placed with was very calm and delicate with him, as was Dr. Russell when he met him for the first time. Its a good feeling to know that we have a caring, reliable dentist with a staff that is just as caring and accommodating to their clients as they can be.

I simply can not say enough good things about this office! Dr. Russell, the staff, and their performance are as good as they come. I have had simple work done as well as root canals and I have ALWAYS been worked in as soon as possible and the work has always been EXCELLENT. If any of my friends ask where I get my work done (..and they do, because its always fast, convenient, and GOOD!), I always recommend Legacy. How good are they? If they moved an hour or two away-I would do the drive-no doubt about it. I cannot thank this office enough for their professional service! Top shelf all the way!

This place was wonderful! The dentist personally spoke to us on a holiday and arranged to get us in immediately even tho we werent established patients. I am very grateful for his understanding of the amount of pain a tooth infection can cause and willingness to help us out. Once there, the staff was friendly & helpful, we had no wait time, and Dr. Edwards was great. We will be going back as regular clients from now on. Highly recommend!

I was so excited after my trip to the dentist on Friday to have my teeth cleaned. I was given praises by Tammie my hygienist and Dr. Edwards for how I had cared for my teeth. I left with samples and suggestions for the problem of sensitive teeth. It was a fun and educational experience. Everyone there is very friendly. They were prompt and efficient. I recommend this office and never want to go anywhere else.

Ive been going to this Dentistry for almost 10 years now and they still provide the same great and friendly service each time. The staff is wonderful and the Doctors are real gentle with your teeth. They never force anything on you, but help suggest and recommend whats best for you. Theyre a real Keeper!! I had the pleasure of having Ms. Tammy as my dental lady, shes really caring and awesome at her job!

I have had several bad dental experiences over my lifetime starting when I was 8 years old. Because of that, I have neglected my teeth to a point that pain was a daily occurrence. I was referred to Dr. Russell by a friend at church and I am so thankful she did. Dr. Russells believes in gentle dentistry and he provides that exceedingly well. I am now pain free and have received excellent care.

Rick Russells office offers a very professional denistry experience. They take very good care of my teenage daughter Nicole. She loves Amber and Lacy at the front desk. They are always accomodating to her schedule which is tough being a senior in high school and working. Dr. Russell is very thorough and always makes her feel comfortable with the procedures.
