Please note very nice people but no experience in cutting hair or nails. My dog ended up with heat burns due to the groomer not changing the blade out when it got hot. Found this out from a new experienced groomer. My other dog the groomer was not paying attention and some how messed up the middle nail where it was sticking straight up she was groomed on the 16th and is still unable to walk she is hoping around on three legs and now I am going to have to take her to the vet because now it is getting red. So be very cautious. Or they will end up costing you a VET bill

I had to put my dog of 14 years to sleep here today. I cried so hard and they were all so compassionate and comforting and helped me help my baby. They made sure the waiting area was clear before I left so I could be alone when I walked out. I couldnt have asked for a more caring experience <3
