I had the absolute best experience today with this office!!! My husband and I got the most perfect and beautiful boxer, Bronx! He is the love of our lives! Ive been on the search (regardless of the drive) for a perfect vet for him. I won the lottery today! I have been calling around trying to find someone with great reviews and for a reasonable price (yes, my fur baby is worth a million dollars but thats part of finding an amazing vet, someone who understands that and doesnt need to charge an arm and a leg to give my little man the attention he needs). Anyways, my first thought walking through those doors, there was a little old lady holding her chihuahua and said "Ive been coming here longer than I can remember but I cant seem to open the door". First hint I caught was that this office was a keeper! Come to find out, this lady as well as half of the waiting room had been coming here for YEARS (I understand why). Bronx and I were welcomed as if hed been going there for years!! Everyone (including other doggie patients, vet techs, reception, doggie owners) greeted us like we were family! The love was overwhelming for both myself and my newly exposed puppy! If I thought my dog "wiggled" when I got home out of excitement, my goodness he could have won a prize today! Every single person in that office made my sweet nervous boy feel right at home! He wiggled himself into a snoring coma once we hit the car! We waited close to an hour just to get called back, and nothing made me more happy because there was NO set time for each individual dog and owner that walked through those doors! Each person with concerns on their best friends life was spent time with! There was no rush to "move on". The only concern was making sure everyone and everything was answered to the best of their knowledge! Id wait three hours if that meant I got the chance to ask all of my million questions about my little boy! I got into the room and it was seconds before the vet came in. I am having a brain fart right now and maybe didnt catch the name because the second she walked in, Bronx went crazy in showering her with love and her snuggling him that my heart just melted! She spent how ever long it took for Bronx to see she could be trusted and she did not rush a single moment to get it done with. She kept insisting to ask more questions, which I loved because then I didnt feel so annoying! She shared her love with him while examining him and he didnt even notice. After asking so many questions she said she prepare his vaccinations and I thought I wouldnt see her until next time. Wrong! She came in with her wonderful assistant and did the injections herself. He didnt feel a thing. Sad truth is, Bronx wouldnt follow on the leash, he was scared! There is a wonderful receptionist who welcomed him with so much love that only she could come from around the corner and call his name, hed see her, and hed go wiggling over to her snorting and wagging and just so engaged! Long rant but seriously my dog is my child and Im still here, at almost mid night, reminiscing with my husband how amazing this clinic was today and how Bronx and I first experience there was hands down the best experience Ive had even in my own medical doctor experiences. Thank you all so much for welcoming us! I have so much excitement and faith in the care youll give to my puppy/old man when he grows!!

Dr.Marsh is simply wonderful! Took my old dog there of 13 years and now take my puppy to him too! He is so sweet and kind to my little girl and always is happy to listen to your worries and explain whatever you need to know about what is ailing them. Doesnt try to scam you out of money either and i feel his prices are VERY reasonable, especially after checking out the prices for some other vets in the area. The office is always nice and clean and is more small and intimate then a lot of the larger commercial vets i have seen as well. As it is would recommend him to anyone who wants that small town friendly doctor feel, he is simply the best.

I have been going to Dr Marsh for as long as I could remember. I took all my birds there and my dog. I took my dog to him when she was really sick, basically the end of her precious life. he explained different options that we had to make her feel comfortable. unfourtunatelty we had to put her down. she was about 14 years old. he was so nice. we still go to Dr Marsh with our current dog. he is the best. I recommended Dr Marsh for every animal owner out there that wants to bring their animals to someone that truly cares.

Took my pet rat here and it was a positive experience as soon as I walked through the door. Not only was ALL the staff friendly, but Dr Marsh was amazing. You can really see how he has a genuine Love for animals and treated my pet like it was his own. He was very gentle and informative. Rats can easily get stressed out going to a vet and Dr Marsh made my pet comfortable. I would suggest this vet to anyone!!

I rarely leave a bad review but my experience with the few years we went here was not a good one. Medical records were lost, life threatening things were misdiagnosed as harmless, things he was helped with at the new vet were brushed away by the doctor I was seeing. Go to Appollo North. First visit is free. You will not regret it. The staff is friendlier and more passionate and youll even save money.

If you want someone to just agree with you and throw meds at everything, dont come here. If you want someone to tell you real information without over treating your pet, come here. Ray and Elizabeth have been treating my dogs for 3 years through a wide range of issues from leukemia, cysts, diet, shots, dental, etc. They do a fantastic job, I wont take them anywhere else.

Dr Marsh is an extremely compassionate person, with skills to match. Always smiling, and takes the time to explain what is going on with your best friend, and then creates a care plan to help get your pets health back on track. Have been using Dr. Marsh since 2003. If there were more than five stars on this review, he would deserve even more.

Greatest vet in the valley. Sees exotics (like ferrets). The entire staff is the best and Dr. Marsh is a real compassionate doctor and man. Been taking our animals to him for over 15 years. We wouldnt go anywhere else.

I was recommended to Dr. Marsh by a friend of mine who has been going to him for 15 years. He is a wonderful vet and one of the last who truly loves every animal that walks in.

Dr. Marsh has a way with even two very temperamental chihuahuas. He is kind and compassionate. As others have stated he explains all your options. We love him!
