Go with another company. The worst experience I have ever received in customer service, billing, and installation. They give you the lowest quote possible to get your service and then under deliver by damaging your property during install, over shoot their "quoted" amount of time by double and then dont even send you a bill, just auto-withdrawal your account without your permission, notification or approval. Its a classic, BATE AND SWITCH. Our bill was almost double what was quoted. They had done an install for us before so they knew the unit, they had pictures of the unit and then sent out two guys that werent qualified to do the job. And, the kicker is, we have to pay for that kind of service? I would pay more upfront and go with a reliable company who has good service and can finish the job in the amount of time they estimate for. This is why they do site visits, you send photos, etc. Custom will come in cheaper then their competition just to run your bill up after they gain your service.

They recalibrated our machine and got us another processor because the old one didnt make the trip. They even gave us new charts so that the exposure would be limited to the patients.
