I would advise not to go here because of their poor customer service and sub standard business practices. After my dog had surgery their bill did not match their "worst case scenario estimate" and their explanation of why it was more was that they actually "under-charged me." For example, they did a more extensive blood work than I explicitly advised them to do but they told me this was a credited service along with others (instead of incompetence). When I wanted to talk over the bill, I was told that "they wouldnt be able to make me happy."

Excellent friendly staff that goes the extra mile for your animal family member. Dr. Neumann took great care of my pup Tyson and kept me apprised of his condition for a week straight. Tyson is awesome now and I always look ok forward to our next visit.

My cat was in good hands ,Dr Neumann was very explainatory with my older cats condition,and was very surprised at how my fritzer didnt use his claws when the vet gave him a shot.ilike the clinic and they will work with you on the cost of your bill.
