I should have known from the start this place was bad when my female didnt like the the Doctor. That never happens. The vet here is unbelievable, Dr Redmon! My boxers needed some extra work done on their mouths so I certainly understand the extra cost involved but because it takes 2 separate appointments for them to get my dogs mouths in order they charge for 2 full cleanings. I didnt mind paying for the 2 "trimming" appointments but they are only cleaning the mouth once! When I called to later inquire about this Dr. Redmon said it all boils down to gross margins and she needs to make money. In fact, she said, Id really rather not do it because it takes up too much of my time that I could be doing profitable procedures. I run stores so I understand profit and loss, but I also understand compassion and understanding ESPECIALLY when it comes to animals. I now know why why my girl did not like them. They dont care about the pets, just the bottom line.

As a 19 year veterinary para-professional it can be difficult to "trust" teams who you do not actively work with. I have to commend Dr. Redmon, Kim and the entire Pet Dental team who worked on my little terrier. They never tried to "cut corners" when communicating with me (often done at other practices if they know you are from the veterinary field) and made sure to keep me informed during his pre-dental exam and dental procedure. They even called to make sure he was doing well and I didnt have any questions. It was an excellent experience and worth the "wait" as they do book in advance. I am very thankful for this dedicated service in the Prescott area

From the minute we called them to when we picked up our dog after surgery we had a great experience with everyone employed here. We were kept informed thoroughly every step of the way which helped greatly to settle our fears. All the staff were so friendly and good with our puppy. The cost of all the work they did was a good 1/3 of what other vets would have charged. After the surgery the vet, Dr. Redmon was the best at describing the procedure and outcome. Yavapai Humane Society sent me there and I am grateful. Thank you Pet Dental people. You are wonderful!

This place is fantastic! From the first phone conversation to having my dogs teeth extracted, the staff was top-notch! It also helps that they were able to beat any vets price by 1/3! I would not hesitate to come back here again. They also have a laundry list of other services they provide outside of dental.

Took my 5 year old pound rescue dog in when I first got him! He was in bad shape , he needed 8 teeth pulled and a good cleaning. They did an excellent job!! Now we going in next week for his yearly appointment! He is doing great and is now a cherished member of the family! Sincerely Jules and Jarvis

Today, when it was 105 degrees outside, the vet tech took time to give me (the mail carrier, who had been baking for hours outside) a small ice chess full of water and ice. If they take as good of care for a stranger, you can bet they will take care of your pets too.
