My first few visits here were great, I had a great dentist that provided me great service. Then on my 3rd/4th visit, the office staff just swapped my dentist with a new one, Terry Peterson, DDS--whom was terrible. He misread my chart and gave me feedback about the wrong patient. Then after correcting the issue, he was very defensive and uncomfortable to be around. I then had to return over a course of two days to receive a two fillings and a root canal. During the fillings the same dentist, Terry Peterson, DDS, had a difficult time with the tools, which exaggerated the process to the point where I experienced so much jaw pain from having to keep my mouth open for so long a period (a procedure that would otherwise take 30 minutes, took him over 2 1/2 hours). I got so frustrated with his clumsiness that at one point I had to ask him to stop and get his act together. When I returned the following day for my root canal, I first met with their Endodontic (which went fine). However, after that procedure was completed I had to return to Terry Peterson and have him fit on the crown. The procedure, again, took over two hours. He did apologized for my poor experience, but in a backhanded way he blamed it on my teeth. Ridiculous! I returned within a month complaining of pain from the teeth he worked on. While chewing on food, my teeth feel brittle, as if they are about to break, and after chewing they feel as if they always have food stuck in them when nothing is there. He assured me that nothing was wrong and the discomfort will subside within a year. Its been a year and I still experience the same exact symptoms--I cant even chew on the left side of my mouth as a result. I have called back to this office asking if the damage can be fixed and the office staff said they could only do it if I pay for the correction, which is ridiculous. Do not go here, its not worth the frustration. I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I was in the office last week and I had a great experience. I was looking for a dentist that is closer to where I live and I definitely lucked out. The have a beautiful office with a friendly staff. Liana at the front desk was particularly nice; I was impressed with her knowledge on how to deal with my insurance provider. I know that she will make sure to keep my dental costs down to a reasonable price for my family.

I have been going to Norterra Dental for over a year and am very happy so far. We see Dr Todd Cockrell and my fabulous Hygienists is Amy Wilt. I have also had work done with the oral surgeon Dr Lamb. Everyone has been very kind and gentle. My only complaints have been regarding scheduling and sometimes a lack of information. However, the front staff is welcoming and polite.
