I would never go here again. I took my boyfriends labradoodles to this vet when we moved to town which I hand selected out off of google based on their reviews. After many visits and thousands of dollars we still had no answers as to why he has chronic ear infections. So they suggested that maybe we need to do an allergy test. You have to pay for the allergy test up front before they order the test so we did. When the results came back they told us the dog is allergic to cock roaches and grass. I cant make this up!!!!! WTH?! Good thing hes never around cockroaches and what does this have to do with food. I left with no idea if his dog was allergic to beef, chicken, fish, proteins, wheat, soy.... but I knew he couldnt be around cockroaches. Oh and the actual vet never came in the room she sent in a bumbling idiot to read off these results who giggled like a school girl and said I dont know why we tested for this but let me ask the doctor. She left and came back and said shes too busy to come in but thats the results. WHAT A SCAM!!! $583 DOLLARS LATER. Dont go to this vet!

Ive been really happy with Dr. Nichols and the technicians especially Haily who have helped me with my previous cat Mongo and my new rescue Otis. Mongo was a senior who had some issues that Dr. Nichols helped maintain in her twilight years. When I finally had to put her down, Mongo was in great hands and the transition was really smooth. I now have a rescue named Otis and again, Dr Nichols and her team are doing a great job with his ailments and even call to check on his progress. I really appreciate her knowledge, care and also understanding also appreciate her understanding that Im freelance so have cashflow issues. So the staff provide me with good estimates and options for a care plan that fits my budget. I give the clinic 4 paws and 4 starts.

I think it says a lot about a vet clinic when your dog cant wait to get out of the car to run in there ! And that is what happens every time I take my dog, Alice in for a vet visit. I started at Mariners Mile Pet Clinic with my then 12 week old puppy Alice. She has loved going to visit all of her friends, both human and furry ever since. Alice is an Allergic dog so she is in for a vet visit often and she has always had this positive reaction each and every time she goes. I have been happy with the care she gets for her many problems. The Dr.s are first class and the staff is always kind and caring. I would and do recommend Mariners Mile Pet Clinic to anyone who needs and wants a first rate place to take their beloved pets for care.

Dr Nichols takes care of my two Pugs (11 years old and 9 years old) since they were puppies.Everyone knows that Pug people are a bit crazy about their Pugs and I am no exception! I do trust Dr Nichols. She is very knowledgeable and sincerely cares about the pets! The well being of my dogs is important to her, I know they are in good hands. Getting an appointment is never a problem and we can see her on the same day if we need to. She always takes time to examine the dog not just the infected ear.... Front desk staff is nice, professional and a pleasure to deal with. They ALWAYS call the next day to check how is the pet doing. My MD never does that:)

Everyone at Mariners Mile Pet Clinic is awesome! My dog is excited when we arrive and rushes the door so what does that tell you? I trust them completely with the health and care of my dog. Theyve been my vet since Henry was a puppy and saved his life when he contracted parvo. Im so grateful and appreciative to them. They really care and are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend and refer them to anyone in need of excellent care for their pet.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Took my dog to the clinic to get a food allergy test waited a month for the results. It came back my dog is allergic to Cockroaches. Dr. Nichols and staff didnt want to take any accountability for the mistake so I disputed the card! Now they sent the issue to collections and they feel they did a service they should get paid for except the service isnt the one I ordered. BEWARE OF INCOMPETENCY!!

I took my new puppy to Mariners for a check up and vaccine. I found the staff friendly and attentive. I found the office and staff to be organized and focused on making the first vet experience for my puppy who is a little shy as comfortable for him as possible. I find it very important that vets truly listen to patient concerns and respect their opinions. I experienced that at Mariners.

The doctors and staff at Mariners Mile are the best Ive ever known and Ive had several dogs and cats. Dr. Nichols assessed my senior dogs pain to provide effective treatment without surgery. Im grateful to the entire staff for their sensitive and caring approach. My dog used to shake uncontrollably when we arrived at his prior vet and now he leads me to the door of Mariners Mile.

I have 3 dogs and 2 cats so the vet experience can be overwhelming. But, Dr. Boyer and Dr. Nichols both provide outstanding care for my extended family. You are not rushed through an appointment. They take the time to get to know your pet, explain any procedures or medication, and offer immediate and preventative care. Highly recommend!

This is the dirtiest place I have ever taken my dog. Whatever you do dont go there!! Stay away there is dogs feces not cleaned up properly on the floor. The staff is rude. Use lido animal hospital down the street. Much better service and a clean facility!
