Terrible customer service and a receptionist that argues with you. I made appointments for my two dogs for their annual shots 2 weeks in advance. I am a single women who works two jobs and my schedule is very tight. I received a call this morning from Kaley stating that she needs to reschedule my appointments because the doctor has made a last minute decision to go out of town. How nice for him to be able to shut down his office for the holiday weekend, but in my opinion, as a professional person, this is a terrible business practice. I told Kaley this and she raised her voice and interrupted me and informed me it was a last minute decision. She immediately put me off with her unprofessional-ism. I told Kaley it was not convenient for me because one of my dogs started shaking his head last night, and it seemed his ears were causing him pain and I really needed him seen on Saturday, to which she informed me that she only had me down for shots so why was I bringing this up now, in which I asked was it beyond the scope of my appointment to ask the doctor to check my dogs ears? Again she got huffy and said basically too bad, the doctor was going on vacation and did I want to reschedule or not, to which I replied that I was the customer and she should not be arguing with me. I told her I could not, and I felt it best to take my business elsewhere. It does not bode well for a doctor to make a decision 3 days before an appointment to shut down his office. Professionals schedule these types of things well in advance, and usually has someone to cover for them in their absence. I do not recommend this office. There are plenty of veterinarians that do not close their offices on a whim. They are fairly overpriced as well.

Have 2 dogs,move recently to this area, got appointments for my dogs, as I need flea melds and incontinence med for my dog/ dogs. Short story, was ordering my meds from 1800 pet med and got e mail from them about problems with prescription med.Apparently when I paid for all services and tech wasnt able to get urine sample from one dog- for which apparently I paid for-its my responsibility to catch the urine and bring it to the office at time frame they dont tell you, but you supposed to know anyway.so when I call to office was told that my time frame is expired ( 30 days only), it was my fault and I have to pay separate for test to be done for prescription.All this money spend, conversations hold, and my dog still has no treatment!will be looking for a different vet now who actually does what I paid for,and I paid a lot, not a cheep services

Receptionist was nice. However, this was the first time Ive been at this animal hospital and I am forever traumatized. I still have nightmares of my cat coming here. I normally dont write post because I know this is someones business and probably lively hood. So I wont go in to detail. But please be cautious and dont let anyone hurt your pet even if it is a veterinarian. You know your little family member more then anyone else. If you see them in pain because of what they are doing. Make them stop and leave! My cat came in for her yearly shots and left absolutely in pain and traumatized. Also, be aware of the up charges and unesseray products theyll try to get you to buy. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I am saddened that two of the reviews of the nine I read were from people who were less than satisfied with Dr. Pola and his staff. My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel has been a patient of Enterprise Road Animal Hospital for some two years now. We have received outstanding professional and personable services from Dr. Pola and his entire medical and office staff. I would recommend, without hesitation, this practice to everyone who has pets. I do understand that all pet-owners may not be satisfied with various vet services received, but my dog and I have been 100% pleased with the care provided by Dr. Pola and every staff member associated with this Animal Hospital.

Dr. Palo is the most caring and professional vet we have had in a while. Recently our dog had his teeth cleaned and shots. Dr.Palo smoothed his nails.cleaned the ears, put antibiotic in them and gave him a thorough checkup while he was under anesthesia. There was no charge for these services. The cost of the teeth cleaning procedure was very reasonable. At the last vet it cost as much to just get shots. The vet tech was very friendly. So glad we found Dr. Palo and would recommend him to everyone.

I visited Dr. Pola today with my dog Misty and was extremely satisfied with the whole overall experience. Dr. Pola was kind and caring and after a few minutes they were instant friends. He was very thorough and professional in his examination and took the time to answer and discuss all of my concerns. The tech and the office Manager Joanne were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. If you are looking for a new veterinarian, I would highly recommend Dr. Pola.

I am so glad Ive found this vet and clinic. Dr. Pola spent so much time with me and my dog getting to know my pet. He took time to understand my dogs history and situation, and to explain each and every thought and opinion he provided. He even showed me his findings in the microscope and explained them. It was like a mini science lesson. :) The staff was polite and patient. And the office is calming and very pleasant. I will definitely be back!

Love this place. Everyone is super kind and attentive to my dog, Luke. Everyone there is very well educated in the field and walk you through everything before anything is done. The doctor that handled my dog last time was a little rough when dealing with him, which made me a little uncomfortable, but in the long run my dog has shown a massive improvement in health due to their advice.

We have 2 dogs (a 10 year old and a puppy) and are very happy with Dr. Pola, and Nancy, his Technician. They both show genuine interest and care in our 4 legged babies. Dr. Pola has always taken the time to answer all our questions and has never rushed our visits. We feel very comfortable with his knowledge and expertise and highly recommend him.

I have had Dr.Pola as my Vet for the last 3 years. He is the most compassionate Doctor I have ever been too. He is very intelligent, professional, and caring for his patients. The staff is wonderful and also very compassionate and attentive with their patients. Dr. Pola will remain to be my Vet for my animals.

Dr. Pola is by far the best veterinarian we have ever had. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and he has always been so patient and kind and willing to spend that extra time to answer any questions we have. He always follows through to make sure that any health issues are completely cleared up. We love him!

This was my first trip with my 11 year old dog. Dr Pola was great in explaining in detail what was happening with my dog and made suggestions for appropriate treatment. I loved my previous vet but I think Dr Pola will be even better for my pup!
