Its with a heavy heart that I give this place a 5 star rating as we ended up having to put our beloved cat Sawyer to sleep here...the staff was professional and the doctor was informative and open about Sawyers chances had we decided to persue treatment...having just spent over $1,600 at another vet to try and save his life we just couldnt afford to spend anymore...the doctor was caring and professional allowing us time to say our goodbyes and be with him through the procedure.. but what really struck me was the condolance card we got from the vet a few days later...the fact that the doctor had taken the time to fill up one side of the card with a hand written note touched both my wife and I deeply...in a world where everything and everyone is in a hurry this kind of personal touch is almost nonexistent...needless to say we have found a new vet for our future needs... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Weve been going here for a couple of months now. Would have rated a 4 until today when we really needed an apt. Our dog needs her nails cut every 4 weeks. We knew her rabies was expiring in Aug. Had an apt 3 weeks ago for trim and they wouldnt do rabies because it was a 2 weeks too early. Called today for nail trim and rabies. They said they cant get in rabies until mid Sept (a month from now) and they refused to do her nails because her rabies is now overdue. I explained that we cant wait another month for her nail trim as they grow extremely fast and it makes it difficult for her to walk. They said that was the only option they had. We said okay, you are forcing us to change vets... They didnt care. Called another vet down the street and got in same day.

Ocoee Animal Hospital in one word; amazing! It doesn’t matter which vet you happen to see they are all wonderful. They truly love all pets and go out of their way to discuss all potential options with you for your pet care. They make sure you feel completely comfortable with the treatment options and make themselves available 24/7 by phone for questions and/or updates. Ocoee Animal Hospital gives your pets the very best care at the lowest possible price. All of the techs are wonderful too, super friendly and kind to both you and your animals. I absolutely love Ocoee Animal Hospital and will take my pets to them forever!

I am very unhappy with Ocoee Animal Hospital extremely unprofessional. I had a scheduled spaying for my dog and they told me they do not call the night before for reminders of surgery. This is a major procedure and I would think that a vets office would take this more seriously. When I called back again to give them another trying letting them know my concerns they told me my dog was due for a vaccine (rabies) and that they would give the vaccination the same day of the surgery. I have never heard of such a thing surgery is already stressful enough on a pet. I will not be returning to this animal hospital.

Dr. Barman is a joke. If you can even call her a doctor her skill set is low where she prob do best in general check up for pets with no real issues. When it comes to real medical issues or asking more in depth questions she basically spaces out. She just stares at you and goes blank. Take your money and go to another vet with more experience and higher skill set. Im not sure where the 5 stars are from but Im sure its probably fake reviews. If you look on yelp instead continue to read the fake reviews, make sure you read the not recommended reviews at the very bottom.

SKILLED VETERNARIAN CLEAN, FRIENDLY, GREAT STAFF, Dr. Hassan provides great service. We have had quite a few emergency situations. To be honest he has saved two of our animals. My partner and I are owners of 6 dogs, 4 Birds, 6 sugar gliders and a small pet monkey. My partner is a doctor and was impressed with his thorough knowledge, with all the advanced equipment he possesses and raved about the cleanliness at his emergency pet center. Expect to pay a hefty for his emergency service. This is an emergency center. However, I must say his pricing is industry standard.

I absolutely LOVE this Animal Hospital. The staff is great and friendly. We have Doctor Close and she is just great! You can tell she really cares about animals and remembers all of my pets. The prices arent bad either. Also if you have ANY problems you can call and the doctor will return your call and talk about any concerns you have, and they also call to check up with you. I would definitely recommend this vet, and will be taking all future pets here. I also drive from Clermont/Minneola just to take my pets here. Definitely the best vet in the area!

they are wonderful and great with all the pets we. they know the pets when I call last minute for an issue and squeeze us in all the time...my dog loves it there so much I bring him even though he has no appt, and they even take the cats back for all that have not seen or handled our creatures. we see Dr. Sikich and she is proactive and aware and always calls to check up on pet that was there most recetly a couple of days after visit. recommend too all pet lovers.

the people are so nice and understanding!! I went there for the first time with a sick guinea pig and unfortunatly had to put him to sleep they did it in a way that was understanding even with my daughter being there. then to a few days I was suprised when I recieved a card from the animal hopsital saying they were sorry for our loss. I thought that was very very nice of them. Ms. Williams is an awesome vet and i recommend her!!!!!

This is the place you want to bring your fluffy lovebugs to! I almost hate to rave about them because theyll get even more business and itll take longer for me to get appts! I have to though because they are that good and should be praised and recognized for the wonderful, caring, professionals they are. Cant say enough about how much I appreciate this office and staff. They are the best!

Drs. Barman and Close are extremely caring. Even my nervous chihuahuas are calm when we go to see them. Ive never had a vet call after a visit to check on how my animals were feeling. These two ladies go above and beyond when it comes to animal care. I highly recommend this practice! I have taken my dogs here since 2008.

Ive been coming here for the last 7yrs. I LOVE this vet and everyone who works there! I completely trust them with all of my pets. I know they are in good hands. Not only do they really know what they are doing but they actually care about the animals! Keep up the good work guys! You are AMAZING! - 4 thankful Pits =)
