WORST vet experience EVER. I took my dog here with my in laws dog as a joint appointment. My in laws dog did very well and was in and out. My dog on the other hand is a very nervous and scared 10lb dog. The vet couldnt get a muzzle on him and didnt even think to ask me to do it considering the dog knew me and trusted me. Instead he got a towel wrapped it around the dogs face, practically suffocated the dog so he didnt get bit. Perfectly fine to wrap a towel around the dogs face, but to lay your whole upper body on my dog to the point where he was so scared he released his anal glands is a bit too much. The whole experience was horrifying. After he drew blood, etc and the appointment was over he said "Okay, you are good to go." He didnt offer to wash the dogs rear end off or anything. I had to ask him and I took the dog back with him to wash off in the tub. He never offered me a towel to dry him off. I essentially walked out horrified and with a dripping wet, terrified dog. Months later I see him on the news defending his lead vet tech who hung someones dachshund by a leash and slammed it into the wall. DONT EVER TAKE YOUR PRECIOUS ANIMALS HERE.

Prompt service. Grooming is available by appointment only. Could have had more time with vet for advice with new puppy. Did not have business cards or samples available. Cheaper than Banfield. Advise to use promotional coupon found in weekly neighborhood ads for first visit or annual package for dog or cat.

It is funny to read all of these bad reviews when I only had good experiences at this place. I believe they are under new manegment. Stephanie always is very sweet and treats my yorkie nice. Ive already took my yorkie two times there for vaccine. No grooming experience there so far.

Disgusting attitude from the staff members. I just asked one question and they treated me like an idiot and had a disgusting attitude I will never take my puppy there, if I am paying for the service I dont see why I should have to get treated that way.
