After waiting 40 minutes to even have someone acknowledge i was there, i was told itll just be another couple minutes.... 15 minutes later was taken back to wait another ten minutes in a different room... finally nurse and vet come in, are rude, nurse let my dog fall off the table onto his side taking his leash off, instead of holding on to him or letting me help. The vet told me information that was not correct about the flea medicine i wanted and had done research on before went in. With the wait, the attitude from the nurse and vet, and being told incorrect information so they could try to get me to spend more money than i needed to- i will absolutely never go back to this hospital! ***and an update, got 3 calls from a private number this morning from the vet, telling me shes going to respond to my review, asking me to remove my review and "apologizing"... while also lying to me again about what happened to me. I scheduled my dogs appointment for 10am, i was there ten till ten... and she tried to tell me my appt. was at 10:15 and i didnt check in until 10:19... Im not an idiot, i wrote down my appt. time, And, beleive it or not, i know how to read a clock!!! This is not the kind of character i want from anyone doing any kind of service for me. It would have been nice to get a real apology, but instead i just felt harrased. Thanks a lot for stressing this 7 month pregnant mother out two days in a row!!

I take all five of my dogs to Dr. Sri and Dr. Gutta. They have gone above and beyond to provide great care for all of them, and they can be a handful! Their knowledge combined with their compassion make their practice the best weve ever been to. Everytime we go we are greeted with friendly staff who know us by name and during the exam every effort is made to ensure our dogs are comfortable and thoroughly examined. Three of our dogs are seniors and Dr. Sri and Dr. Gutta have given us suggestions as to what we can do at home to make their aging process as easy a transition as possible and have given us things to look out for that may be indicative of something more than normal aging. Taking the time to explain what is normal and what may not be is so helpful in making sure we catch things early on and not wait until there is a larger problem. I cant say enough good things about them and their awesome staff. I have a newborn baby and several times when I was pregnant a staff member was kind enough to lift my dog into the back of the car for me. They do everything they can to accommodate- even remodeling the lobby to give clients more space while they wait with their fur babies! Thank you so much Dr. Sri, Dr. Gutta, and the entire Blue Star staff.

Took my Wheaton in to be groomed and was told four hours. I came back five hours later and the only thing that had been done was a bath. I was told it would be another hour. He was done after a total of six hours and was one of the worst grooming jobs Ive had to pay for in four years. Ill have to have him done again in another four weeks. Youd think associated with a vet the quality would be much better. Id never go back. I must add the office called me about my poor review. They did offer to have me bring my dog back to have the grooming redone. Naturally I declined. Couldnt bring myself to take him back. I think a full or even partial refund should have been offered. Probably the quickest $73.00 the groomer made all week. Sad part is now I have to pay someone else another $73.00 to groom the dog properly. His coat is too long for the heat so will have him redone next week.

FYI: by Florida law, you cannot force a client to do ANYTHING! Saying the dog cannot leave without getting a shot is extortion! You could tell her it needs to be done, but refusing to let the dog leave without it was wrong! You are so absolutely unprofessional for accusing your client of being rude and lying... defending your reputation is obviously more important to you than actually working to have a good one. -I know the client personally that you accused of being rude, and based on what she said happened, I would have been rude as well! You were Unprofessional, rude, and completely lacking in customer service..... I will make sure to spread the word on how this place actually operates.

I took my minature schnauzer in for grooming. I asked them to just trim skirt and beard. When I went in, I had to pay first before seeing my dog. When they brought him out, his cut was hacked. Not only was the beard and skirt practically cut all the way off - but the skirt looked like my 8 year old tried to cut it. It looked awful. The groomer had gone home, and I had already paid ($57), so I just made a note to never go back. Additionally, apparently this price does not include cleaning/cutting hair inside the ears or nails, because both were ignored. Im guessing this price is just for a cut. Way too much for that especially when they apparently the groomer isnt trained.

I cannot thank the veterinarian and staff here enough! My poor dog was in a lot of pain and they took him in the same day- this was on a Saturday too! He is feeling so much better now! The facilities are nice, clean and pretty high-tech. I can just see how much they truly care about making sure my dog gets taken care of. Also, they are very reasonable in price! They even have monthly payment plans! My dog had x-rays, tons of medications for his ear infection and hip dysplasia that we didnt know he had until the vet showed us the xrays. I finally found a great place for all my dogs health needs! Thank you Bluestar Pet Hospital!!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Gutta & the staff here. He was my 2 babies fave vet at his previous place of employment. He disappeared & now I have found him again & couldnt be happier. Dr. Gutta always took the time to make a personal appearance to discuss the situation with both of my babies. Plus saved one of their lives with a needed surgery. So happy he reached out to let us know he & his wife are working together to provide exemplary service. So happy to have found him & his wifes new(?) vet service. Gonna spread the word!

Dr. Gutta and his wife, Dr. Sri, are absolutely fantastic!!! I highly, highly recommend this place. 10/10! I cannot say enough good things about this place. My fiancée and I visited with our pup after he got sick a day after visiting a previous vets office who told us that our dog was perfectly fine. Dr. Gutta really helped us out. He explained everything that we needed to get for our pup to get him better. The wellness plans Bluestar has to offer are awesome as well. Will definitely go back again.

Yearly shots for our dog. I received email and text reminders, like I had previously requested. The facility is clean, we got right in for our appointment and our dog was checked out and given his shots, with no issues. I was able to bring up my concerns, since, our dogs last appointment and those concerns were laid to rest with the information provided by the doctor. I have had good experiences with this facility and will continue to go there. Thank you!
