I would never go back to this hospital again. I was experiencing pain, bloating and exhaustion. I went to the ER and explained about my recent kidney stone and a list of symptoms. The Doctor said, "your story does not add up 3 times." His attitude toward me was arrogant, condescending and nasty. I knew he thought I was a drug addict or something of that nature which was an insult to my character. If I wanted pain pills then why would I still have a bottle of them from 3 months prior in my purse? I have never smoked weed or done street drugs in my life. I can not take Motrin because I have had ulcers. Later I found out that this doctor tested my blood alcohol levels (obviously no alcohol in my system) and did a drug test on me. This was not only a waste of insurance money but a complete slap in the face to me and disrespectful. His evaluation of my moral standing was more important to him then making sure that my colon was working properly and that the kidney stone was no longer lodged in my ureter. I will NEVER of my own free will go back to this hospital again. Very immature and unprofessional, no discernment of people or character, very disappointed. New facility or not, do not go here unless you wish to be treated poorly. Oh they also have digital televisions in all their rooms. We all know that with digital technology what goes in also goes out. This is how Facebook can track people as well. Protect yourselves.

9 month old son was unusually fussy to a concerning degree, so we went here. He was taken in quickly and saw a doctor. Only test performed were basic vitals (weight, heart rate, temperature). Doctor touched his stomach for 1 minute, talked to us for 5, had us wait 15 minutes or so alone in the room to monitor, and had us leave with a prognosis of probably just gas. It was never mentioned what our co-pay or financial obligations would be, so i assumed insurance would cover such a quick nothingness visit. Two weeks later we get billed $1202.05 from the hospital, and another $587.00 from the doctor. $1800 billed for less than a 30 minute check, with no real tests performed is EXACTLY what is wrong with this crooked business. Because of the bloated charges, my portion was $500. I was later told (too late mind you) that if we had requested service as an uninsured, our total bill would have been less than $200. Ripping off concerned parents to pay for their new facility is a short term solution that will surely end in failure. We will never go back, and I suggest everyone else do the same. Go to an urgent care, not these thieves.

I took my girlfriend here for lower abdominal pain at 11pm on 5/4. The staff is fantastic. They are attentive, caring, and very efficient at what they do. There was no wait time, they took my girlfriend back after 10 minutes of admittance information. Dr. K. cares, she listened to my girlfriend describe her symptoms from the past 5 days and then explained the tests and why they will be performed. My girlfriend had full bloodwork, an ultrasound, and a CT Scan. Dr. K. called the on call OB/GYN specialist who was able to squeeze us in for an appointment early on 5/5. The level of comfort and kindness we experienced here is matched by none. From the very nice lady at the front desk, to our nurse lead, our staff nurse, our paramedic, and Dr. K., it was top to bottom the best experience Ive ever had at an ER. The facility is beautiful, brand new, and clean. They are new, just opened up in December I think. We drove down from Holiday. Individual rooms, TV, and privacy. The staff was very courteous, if our door was closed, they would always knock before entering. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and they care, highly recommended.

I never leave reviews, but I had such a good experience that I would feel bad if I didnt. Best ER experience I have ever had! I went in for dehydration, nausea and vomiting. I was brought back immediately and given an IV (with one stick, when I am usually poked and prodded several times before they find a vein) The staff was great and the facility was high tech and super clean. The "check out" process was smooth (handed her my insurance card and paid my deductible) and I was out in 2 hours. Thank you Florida hospital!

Worthless! I went there with a foreign object in my eye. They couldnt find it so they gave me Vicadin & sent me home to "wait it out". Charged me $150 deductible to walk out the door in severe pain. I then went to a REAL hospital & was fixed in 2 minutes by a nurse practitioner. I will never visit these pill-pushers again.

This location is brand new. All equipment and supplies are new. If this is even correct to say. I was lucky enough to be only patient at the time of my need. Being new and close to home helped my choice. Staff was kind and caring. I would definitely choose to go back if needed.

I would go back there again when I need to. Staff was quick to respond and had great bed side manner. I was in out of there in two hours which included a CT scan.
