Dr. Jackson and his staff are extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly! From the seamless check-in and the complimentary water when I first arrived to the last minute of check-out, I felt like I was being treated by a team of professionals who truly cared about my oral health and care. The individual patient rooms even have high-definition TVs so I could watch sports (or any other programming I would have chosen) while I was being treated. The office is equipped with state of the art technology (no more heavy vests for X-ray radiation or clumsy, messy fluoride trays after your cleaning). And the hygienist, Jael, was very friendly and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She took the time to explain why she was including certain components in my treatment plan and why she was recommencing certain products over others. And Dr. Jackson himself took as much time as I needed to answer my questions. He has a very calming presence and personable demeanor, and he seems to truly enjoy interacting with his patients. He is very down to earth and not at all cold or standoffish. The office administrator, Rachel, had all my insurance issues prepared before hand and made the entire process very easy. I would highly recommend Dr. Jackson to anyone who is looking for highly qualified care in a compassionate environment.

Dr. Jackson is a true tooth artist!!! Everyone on the staff from the front desk, scheduler, dental hygienist, and Dr. Jackson are all very friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. He and his staff make sure you are as comfy as can be with a massage chair, TV, and headphones! They have state of the art equipment to detail image your teeth (x-rays and color pictures) and will show and explain to you EXACTLY what is going on in terms that are easy to understand. We made a plan to restore my dental health and after the first five fillings (yes, I had really let my teeth go and I still need two more) almost all the discomfort I had been having is gone and they look FABULOUS!!!!! I cant wait to go back. Another great part of the teeth imaging - not only can you see the cavities in your teeth, but also they could show me where I had been grinding my teeth at night and got me fitted with a mouth-guard. I have a great experience every time I walk in the door and cant imagine ever going anywhere else! I drive from Lutz and recommend them to everyone! Thank you all for helping me get my smile back!

Normally I don’t write reviews BUT Jackson Dental really has it together with its convenient downtown location, before and after work hours, the latest, greatest equipment, and most importantly, its professional enthusiastic team. All in a relaxed setting, – I watched the food channel in a heated vibrating chair , while having a cracked tooth replaced by a crown. On my visits I was seen right at the appointed time. Rachel took care of my insurance in the most efficient, knowledgeable manner and had everything worked out ahead of time. Jael the dental hygienist was personable and upbeat, providing both a thorough but gentle cleaning and advice for a mature person with periodontal issues. Trish, the most versatile and experienced assistant ever, works with Dr J in a seamless fashion to give the most comfortable dental experience possible. I felt I had Dr J’s undivided attention as he explained everything and patiently answered all my questions. (He also gave me pain free shots.) At Jackson Dental it feels I have a team of caring people committed to providing the best dental experience ever.

5 stars for the friendliest and most thorough dental exam of my life. I went in for new patient exam, got my X-rays and all. Ive done this before at many dentist offices, as I tend to move often. To say Ive had my fair share of bad dentist experiences is an understatement. Ebony did all my X-rays and pictures of my teeth, she was the absolute sweetest and most genuine person I may have ever met, a real pleasure to spend all that time with. She explained everything very well and even gave us really great tips on how to floss and brush- seems silly but technique is important. Annah is the sweetest hygienist, she was very understanding and did a wonderful job. It didnt hurt at all and I even had a chair massaging my back while she cleaned my teeth. Dr. Sheffield was very sweet and gentle, she understood my fear of dentists and was really careful with me. I go back for a cleaning in a few days and even though my fear of dentists is probably sticking around forever, I am dreading it a little less knowing that Dr. Sheffield and Ebony will be there.

I was asking around on whom I can see for all my dentistry needs since I recently moved from out of state and my co worker pridefully stated this office to go to, speaking in terms of care, friendliness, cleanliness and overall technology and knowledge of the staff and dentists. On my first visit was amazed on how accurate he was in his opinion of this establishment. I can only speak on the few people Ive interacted with there although EVERYONE is so kind and attentive; the service is incredible, very thorough on what the procedures are, in depth explanations and overall quality of care is unlike any other office Ive been too. Go there, see beautiful views of downtown tampa while getting any procedure as well as some entertainment and laugh worthy commentary on behalf of the incredible Dr.Jackson. From Brittni to Annah, its a place thatll make you feel so good about your smile. Clearly, I cosign my coworker!

Ive been going to Dr. Jackson for years and could not be more excited that he has finally opened up his dream dental practice in Downtown Tampa! I plan on being his first patient, and not just because of the free electronic toothbrush giveaway or the super convenient location right next to my work. Not only is Dr. Jackson phenomenal at what he does, but he is so personable and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed, no matter what dental work youre getting done! He also always has the best products and services the market has to offer -- he recently started me on the latest cutting edge whitening treatment and the results have truly been incredible. I could not be happier with Dr. Jackson as my dentist, and I can honestly say that I look forward to going to him - his personal touch and great personality really make it a great experience!

Can not thank Dr. Jackson and his staff enough. The whole experience is pleasant ( and thats a lot coming from me). I have a long track record of being a terrible patient when it comes to my dental health. Dr Jackson has b en accommodating, kind, and makes me feel as comfortable as I could at the dentist. His dental hygienist Trish is wonderful. She takes the time to discuss options and educate her patients. She takes true pride in her profession. I respect and appreciate this. I drive over an hour to come to this office as I trust Dr. Jackson and the girls who work with him. The office is clean, aesthetically pleasing , and their technology is far above most. As long as they continue to tolerate my being a giant baby I will be a patient for life. I cant imagine ever going anywhere else, no matter how long the drive.
