We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hansen! I have been looking for an amazing local dentist for about a year now will provide honest and conservative treatment plans and procedures for my children, ages two, five, and 17. We have been to several dentists in the area and were not happy with any of them. Several wanted to do fillings for my children when they were not truly needed. I brought my five year old for a second opinion to Dr. Hanson yesterday and he only felt that one filling was needed versus the four that were recommended by another dentist. The one filling he did had actually already been filled by a different dentist about six months ago and the filling had come out. I was able to stay in the room this time while Dr. Hansen filled my childs cavity. Luckily it only needed a white filling versus a crown. He was honest about this and did not do the crown unnecessarily. He was so great, as was his assistant, with my child. He was not even bothered by the noisy toy my two year old had in the room with us while he worked. I am extremely happy with Dr. Hanson and this office. I highly recommend this dentist! The office in Canton is new and clean and has lots of fun things for the children in the waiting room as well.

I have been to several other pediatric dentists in the area, and Dr. Hansen and his staff are the BEST! Other dentists weve seen seem to want to recommend all kinds of unnecessary procedures in the interest of their bottom line. Dr. Hansen takes a very conservative approach and is GREAT about working with you and your insurance company. Ive seen him not charge for extra x-rays not covered by insurance because he wanted them to provide the best care for the child. Hes very warm and caring and makes the children and parents feel at ease. The office is GORGEOUS and my kids are always excited to get to their next appointment. We had a dental emergency last week where my daughter fell and hurt her teeth and we called and they saw her right away. Dr. Hansen says you can call him day or night. This is the BEST medical/dental experience I have ever had. Both he and his staff really seem to be there for your kids and its great. If youve ever been to Disney World, you know that magical feeling of well being, well, this is like the Disney World of Dentistry. I cant say enough how much we love this office! Thank you, Dr. Hansen, for being there and providing great service!

We are big fans of Dental Town, and we have received fabulous care at all three of the locations we have visited. They are super kid friendly (not to mention they made both of my littles super comfortable with their first teeth cleanings). Theyve got little doors for the kids to use and little potties in the bathrooms. There are play areas and video games (like old school standup PacMan machines) in the waiting areas and in the back where they take you to do work. There are fish tanks, and the staff was more than happy to entertain my kiddos when I had to take them with me for an appointment. Since my childhood dentist retired several years ago, I had a hard time finding a good dentist. Dr. Schwendiman is amazing! I had a crown done by him last month. He did an excellent job with the numbing - like I didnt even feel the needle poke, and the whole procedure was completely painless. They also have TVs on the ceiling, and you can zone out with headphones while they do their work. Im glad my search for quality dental work is over. I just hope Dr. Schwendiman never moves or retires.

Horrible service! Went in for my 2 year old. Appt time was at 4pm- it was 4:50 I saw everyone packing getting ready to leave. . Their excuse was that they were waiting to confirm the insurance was covering services. Well they acted like they didnt see me waiting to be seen The doctor was leaving already, till I spoke up. Then the doctor was such in a rush to leave- he didnt do anything. Just saw her and said she was fine. I was there for a CLEANING which he was too rushed to not do it!! Then told me they were going to file the claim under my insurance- I told them I wasnt paying for anything because they didnt do a thing to my child teeth. Cmon- this was lack of service and they make people write good reviews so they can be entered in a raffle... i expected quality service and received nothing. I had to go some where else to get service for my child.

I leave very few reviews on the web, except for providers who continuously exceed my expectations. Dr. Hansen and his phenomenal dentists and hygienists have been caring for my childrens teeth for over 7 years. My children love going to their check-ups and I have found their dental hygiene have also improved while under Dr. Hansens care. On the rare occasion when weve needed more medical attention (cavity and tooth extraction), Dr. Hansen and his staff used utmost care, empathy, and professionalism in helping my daughter to be calm and confident during the process. We have referred many, many friends to Dental Town, and they have all been exceedingly happy with their service as well. If you are looking for a top-notch dentist, who provides the best care and service in town, Dr. Hansen is your guy!

It was a terribly rude awakening when I learned that there were numerous dishonest dentists in this city! The first time I saw Dr. Schwendiman, he told me I would need a crown at some point, but probably not for another year. That immediately told me he was honest, because he didnt say we had to do it now. I have followed him to his third (and final) office at Dental Town. I kid him that Chattanooga is my limit to follow him. He is amazing. He is caring, brilliantly talented, and kind. The staff is always positive and helpful, and now Kristin, my hygienist, is my sweet friend. I have zero complaints about anything in the three or more years I have come to Dental Town. I highly recommend it for your dental home.

This is the best dental practice Ive ever been to! All the locations Ive been to are clean and spacious, and have such cute decorations. I always get a reminder about my appointments, and there has never been a wait longer than 5 minutes once I get there. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They put my kids at ease when they are nervous, and now my kids dont give me grief when its time for an appointment. The doctors have always given me sound information about my dental health, even to the point of convincing me not to get a costly procedure I thought was necessary, and turned out not to be. When a dentist is talking you out of spending more money, thats when you know youve found someone trustworthy!

Dental Town is the best!! My children have seen a lot of dentists in the area and the doctors and staff at Dental Town are hands down the absolute best dentists around!! I would NEVER take my family anywhere else. My children see both Dr. Hansen and Dr. Davidson and my husband and I see Dr. Schwendiman. My oldest son has had braces with Dr. Crosby. Every doctor at Dental Town is amazing! They are extremely conservative and we are always treated like family.If you are looking for the best place to take your entire family...you have to go to Dental Town!! I would never trust anyone else with my family. Dental Town is number 1!!!!!
