If it is your first visit it is a little confusing only because you have to get a badge, however, Ive had nothing but great experiences. The front desk person at 15S isnt the most helpful though... she doesnt exactly explain where to sit, but you can eventually figure it out. My PT Alycia though!! She is such a gem. Ill be honest, I was a bit worried about going to a big facility, however, Alycia has a way of making me feel like Im her only client. She is patient, listens very well, and is also extremely positive. I see her weekly and she is the most kind PT Ive ever been to and the best part is that she is sensitive to my issues and makes me feel very comfortable. Is recommend her to anyone!

Almost the worst medical experience ive ever had!! I was warned not be late for my appointment . I was 10 minutes early. The doctor was 1 hour and 10 minutes late. Even though they had my records, they were clueless about why I was there so obviously they did not take the time to review my records. I sat in a freezing cold room for the duration and finally walked out and expressed my discomfort. I cannot tell you how many staff members are walking around lacadaisically or chit chatting about the price of tea in China and slow as molasses in January! Maybe others are having a positive experience in that place, but, in my mind, someone needs to take charge of that place. Ridiculous!

My mom got sepsis last year and out of the multiple ERs and rehab facilities she had to stay in, this was by FAR the best. The staff are amazing, the OT/PT was consistent and often which helped speed up my moms recovery, very clean, good food - the nurses even set up a table and chairs in my moms room so we could bring her thanksgiving dinner. The new facility is absolutely beautiful and its refreshing to be in a medical facility that is full of color!

Zero communication. Doctors and nurses do not feel the need to include parents in planning and decision making regarding their young children. Medications generally late and everything takes forever. PT and OT Therapist are great, medical team leaves a lot to be desired, highly suggest OUTPATIENT.

Nice new facility.. Too bad they couldnt staff it adequately. This is an overrated rehab center. We heard good things about it until we got there and faced the reality. Dont be fooled by marketing and brochures.

This is where Northwestern Doctors send medical mistakes, they are just a corrupt and dangerous extension of Feinburg School of medicine. Fraud , forgery, and alteration of records is what they do best.

My dad was never treated with more respect than at RIC. Best doctors, nurses, pcts, and therapists that you can find. His stay was about 5 months and we were always busy with sessions.
