My Dusty and me always took care of each other. On Wednesday, Dr.Chris came in to the clinic and opened on his day off. When we arrived he had a large cushion in the middle of the waiting room with a fleece pad on it. He got to see Dr. Chris, Julie and Nancy that were there for me. He always loved the girls He got some beef jerky treats too. I asked Dr. Chris to give My Dusty an injection to consciously sedate him. It took about ten minutes and he laid down. I laid down next to him, held his body next to me and his head in my arms. I took about ten minutes to tell him what I needed to say, before the last injection. I told My Dusty that I would see him in the next world and to wait for me.I felt My Dustys heart stop and his last breath leave him. I held him in my arms for a while after he passed. Dr. Chris took a paw print and I asked for a nose print also. It was a FIRST for Dr. Chris to do a nose print in clay. A piece of my heart left with My Dusty.

I was referred by one of their customers who had called on my behalf to let them know I would be calling. Today I called to make an appointment the person was talking to someone else in the backround for sometime until they addressed my call. I explained that my puppy was sick and that we had gone to several other places and still struggling with allergies. The women told me " Sorry but we are not taking any more customers" Its not fair to the current customers we service. I again pleaded for my puppy. Again she said "Well, I can refer to another place". I said "How about an appointment no matter how far out it may be". She said "that is the problem here we can not see anyone new" . So I guess this facility never cures its patients due to the fact that they are returning over and over never to be cured. It must be s ome kind of money train facility. She was so rude and uncaring.

Dr. Chris and his wife Dr. Lisa will do whatever it takes to help your furry "loved one/s". They are so sensitive, caring, loving and will do their best to find alternative measures to solve issues along with their staff. They both saved my cat "Tony" 4 years ago from complete renal failure who was on life support. Stem cell therapy helped Tony along with all their knowledge and love. They were able to bring poor Tony back to life. And, they both helped my other 4 legged furry friends. They are the best of 5 stars +++++. Thank you for all they and their staff do.

I wish I could find the words to express how grateful I am for Dr Serpico. He takes such wonderful care of my dog, and offers so much advice on her care. Hes very open to alternative treatments to supplement conventional options (i.e. Chinese herbs, diet changes, etc.). Dr. Chris also makes an effort to keep costs down. His personality is a delight, and hes very knowledgeable. His front desk and tech staff are the best Ive come across. Im so thankful for this clinic, and its well worth the 45 minute drive!

Best Vet ever!!! Not only is Dr. Chris very conservative with tests/medications he thinks and treats outside the box. His style is so unique I was a bit uncomfortable at first but his diagnosis/treatments have always been not only accurate and completely effective, but as gentle as possible on our pup and our wallet. Not to mention the fact that dispite having such a popular and busy practice he still treats us with patience and compassion every visit! Thanks Dr. Chris! Tom, Nicole, & Bella

Great vet, Chris and his wife, Lisa are the best. They go out of there way to check on your pets progress on their days off. I love the alternative medication options. Ive been going there for 6+ years. I wish he was my regular doctor. 100+% better than what I had. The staff is also very pleasant and caring. I know people/friends that have used them for many many years.
