I recently had the good fortune to discover Daniel-Randall. To say I am pleased would be an understatement. The doctors and techs not only know what they are doing, but they honestly care about our pets as much as we do. My first experience with them was when I took our senior cat to them. She was very sick. Turns out she was even sicker than I had thought. We admitted her to the hospital for the weekend and no one really expected her to make it. But the staff there performed a miracle and I can never thank them enough for what they have done. Would I recommend them to other pet owners? In a heartbeat! Over the years, I have taken pets to many different veterinary clinics, but none have come close to Daniel-Randall.

While waiting for the vet to see my pure white cat for her annual vaccinations I observed all of the staff giving special attention to every pet that came through the door. Never too busy to give that extra. And once the vet did see my cat the vaccinations were given but an entire physical exam was also performed. Through this examination a bacterial and fungal infection was found in her ears. The vet used a scope with a camera and I was shown the actual area in her ears that were affected. A cleaning was done and medicine drops put in. I was shown how to continue the cleaning and meds at home and was given the option to bring my cat in daily and the staff would do it for me. Great teamwork.

I have taken our fur-babies to Daniel-Randall for many years. Just recently I had to take our little doxie in to get her teeth cleaned. Unfortunately she had to have some of her teeth pulled. She came through the procedure just fine and the staff did a good job with keeping our doxie calm. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends. In July we had to say goodbye to 15 1/2 Chow/Huskie, Maggie. Everyone was so kind and understanding and very helpful to me. I dont think I would have made it through the process without the compassion that was shown to me and my Maggie.

Have taken numerous pets here over the years and have always been very pleased with the office staff as well as the doctors and vet techs. They are always caring and very interested in hearing how your pets are doing and address all concerns in a timely and knowledgeable manner. At the "end of life" visits I have had to go through, they are all very thoughtful, caring and respectful of not just me but my pet. I would recommend their office to anyone else who is in need of veterinary care.

I am so glad to be here. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. My biggest problem is how to afford my pets meds. It was close to $200/mo. Dr. Stevens was very understanding and helped me so I could manage. All my pets had a stress free exam. Their new cat condos for boarding are superior and very reasonable. The staff is very professional, the vets are well trained, the clinic is very clean, and my pets like to go there. I highly recommend the Daniel-Randall Vet Clinic in Godfrey, IL.

Always fantastic with my pets as well as me. They always greet you with a warm welcome. Everyone always seem to generally care about all the pets that enter their doors. Every doctor there is very knowledgeable and has taken well care of my pets from any illness to surgery with loving care. I wouldnt even think to go anywhere else.

Daniel-Randall Veterinary Clinic takes such good care of our fur babies. We dont have to worry about a compromise of their well -being while being cared for at the clinic. Everyone at the office cares about the animals being treated and are so friendly. The doctors are a wealth of knowledge.
