I went to the ER here and their main concern was not treating me or even getting the necessary information but instead just getting me out of their hair. (I was not rude, disrespectful or a disturbance to cause this) and when I called back to find out about getting a different prescription because of the side effects of what I was given the doctor I talked to was unprofessional and hung up on me while I was explaining my situation. Again, I was not rude, disrespectful, or using foul language to give him any reasonable excuse to hang up. I will never visit this hospital again

A family member was brought here by ambulance after being pulled from the river alive. When they were about to release her after only 24 hrs, they let me speak with the proper people to help her stay safe for another 72 hrs. The nurses, psych team, security all wkd as a team to help our family. Getting things accomplished in a very short amount of time. Everyone was kind and helped me navigate to transfer her, recover her belongings. They treated her, her fiancee and myself very well.

Horrible hospital. I would rather drive to Evansville . been in the ER for 3 hours and not one doctor has been in to see or check on my son. Asked a nurse what was going on all she said was 2 people were in front of my son and she would be in soon . another hour went by. This is ridiculous. Never been through this. Yes I understand its the ER but seriously 3 hours and not one person has been back yet. Smh

Worst hospital ever. They gave me the wrong medicine in ER after I told them that I was allergic to it then charged me 4,000 $. The intake nurse was telling me about how he has to pay child support and complaining about his childs mother( I was in so much pain). I ended up having to go to a different hospital where they diagnosed me correctly and the proper medication. Absolutely horrible experience.
