I was told over the phone that they would fit my dog in for a cut he had received and I had told them it would probably need stitches. My husband arrived at 6:15 with our dog. Dr. Armitage looked at his wound and because they closed at 7 said "oh, he needs stitches" you have to take him to Westminster Emergency Hospital. My feeling is if he really cared about the condition of our dog he would have taken care of him even if it did mean staying a little after hours. That is part of being a care taker. The emergency center could not believe they sent us away for the injury he had.

These guys and gals are great people. We had an American Bulldog named Max that swallowed a bottle cap that needed surgery very bad because he was near death. They worked with us on the expensive surgery by excepting payments. A few months later we lost Max in a house fire, it was a very sad time for our whole family. After we received our insurance we went to settle the bill and they refused to except it. It made my wife and I start crying. These are very stand up people. We will always use them in the future.

Love this practice. Every vet and tech treats you and your pet like you are the most important member of their own family. They also dont hesitate to refer out if something is beyond their capability. I really respect that aspect of their attitude, rather than doing harm out of arrogance.

My family has been taking pets here for a long time. Now that Ive moved back to the area, Im taking my dog here also. Dr. Armitage and Dr. Holden are great! The staff is always so friendly and everyone really seems to love my dog. I actually look forward to trips to the vet!

Our family dog had cut his foot open @ 10am i called them right away they said they were really booked but they could get him in at 11am. when we arrived everyone was really helpful and nice, and DR. king was great they had him stitched up and home by 3pm.

I love these vets and the front desk people. They are very caring of my dogs and they understand the needs of the dogs I have adopted from abuse. I would go no where else. I have been with them 4 years. The vets are excellent with all my dogs.
