My Boston Terrier, Pippi, is a new patient as of April 2013. She was taken due to ear pain and a hematoma on the same ear. The entire staff made us feel welcome. The waiting room is huge - quite spacious compared to other facilities. Clean. Floor is coated concrete which is perfect for animals. Dr. Moran explained to me clearly what the problem was and before doing any testing or anything extra she explained the reason as well as the cost. Im not "Olney wealthy" by any stretch of the imagination so this was greatly appreciated. I ended up having the culture done, of course, and requested some other things. Excellent service. Not inexpensive but certainly not nearly as expensive as many other vets. The service and quick scheduling were worth paying a bit more for sure. NOBODY pushed me for anything unnecessary, which is a huge thing to me. I dont appreciate when thats done and Town & Country treated me as a valued customer.

Please DO NOT take your animal to Town & Country animal clinic in Olney Maryland......... I recently took my dog in for some vaccinations and felt as if I was at a car dealership being price gauged for thing we didnt need. although my dog does suffer some skin allergies, which wasnt the reason i went they pressured me into buying 3 types of lotions, shampoos and a liquid which was toxic, plus 2 different antihystameans and antibiotics that i couldnt afford. when i came to my sense the next day i called and asked if i could return some of the stuff the told me it was illeagle for them to take returns, i proceed to call another vet to ask if that was true , they laughed at me and said that was not true..........after all said here i ended up just taking a loss and keeping all the stuff and then a week later i recieved a letter saying that i need to find a new vet for underminding there treatment.

This has got to be one of the worst possible animal clinics I have ever been to. The doctor charges you for every little possible thing. They even charged me a waste removal fee. Ill remove it myself I dont need those kinds of charges. In addition, They charged me for shots and vaccinations, even those which I didnt even authorize. I took my dog here a few weeks ago to get a tumor examined, and they were trying to charge me over $1500. Although I had other things to worry about in addition to my dog, they continued to attempt to pressure me and force me to put a deposit in, and kept nagging me to bring my dog in the next day for the operation. This place does not care about your pets! Only your money! Plus, I found a much better animal hospital in Gaithersburg, that did an extremely good job, at half the price. I am never taking my dog to Town and Country again.

I have been taking my pets to Town and Country for 8 years and have never had a problem with the staff or the doctors. If the vet tells me I need something for my pet I have always had the option of asking how much and decide if I need it BEFORE I leave with it. I do know that it may not be against the law to take things back but it is against the law to redistribute it which means you are asking the clinic to take a financially loss simply because you didnt think through taking a product(s). It also sounds crazy to me that you would accuse your vet of giving your pet anything toxic! It is too bad that you seem frustrated with your decision to take the medicine your dog needed out on the vet which is unfair in my opinion.

I have been bringing my dogs to Dr. Walker for years. From routine care to more complicated issues, I could not be happier with the professionalism and attentiveness of the entire staff. I briefly tried another vet that was cheaper and quickly realized you get what you pay for. They have improved the quality of life of my pups and for that I will always be eternally grateful. Top notch diagnostic skills and compassionate care.

This animal hospital is wonderful. the staff here is top shelf. they are very knowlegable on the latest medical procedures .Ive been bringing my pets here for years and they are very respectful and they have great compassion, they understand that our pets are more than pets that they are part of your family. Dr. Sara Moran has been taking care of my fur babies for 15 years, I wouldnt take my babies anywhere else.
