Gracias. I have a doctor for years. He helped a lot, is very attentive, compassionate and great human being. Its an excellent doctor. It also has great potential and is very well with Latino community also speaks Spanish and English. He always answers my calls and cares about my health and well being, since I suffer from an incurable chronic condition. The Staff of shapes and orders, On lead of Brenda Smith has to work a little more their differences as they take too much time to process papers. Plus management dont take seriously patient complaints. But everything else the doctors and technology are top. Thank you.

Went through my primary care for a ganglion cyst in my wrist...since I had the bmc health net insurance the only place I could go was here and because its hand surgery I had to go through plastic surgery.. while in my appointment the doctor and her assistant basically told me I was lieing because I had numbness in my fingers that couldnt be cause by the cyst so it was obviously made up.. they agreed to do the surgery and advised me I would get a call to schedule within 2 weeks...when week 3 rolled around I called them and they didnt seem to have any idea of what I was talking about and advised me they would call me back but surgrey can take 8 weeks to schedule.. bs.. I went to my appointment February 15... its now May 30th... because of my wrist issues I have limited strength and am going to break my wrist soon if its not addressed.. also, they keep billing me for a copay that was paid the day of the appointment.. ive sent multiple emails and am still recieving bills....fortunately, I will not ever go back to this hospital. If I were going in for a boob job or some lipo Im sure Id have already had and recovered from surgery.. this is a terrible place with employees that only care about their paycheck.

Very unfriendly person taking appointments at the Dowling Building floor 9. I showed up for an appointment in April 2014 and when I arrived they said it was cancelled but they were unable to offer a reason as to why nor did they call me in advance. The receptionist referred me to the woman in the side room that handles appointments. When I told her I drove from Weymouth in heavy traffic to be there she responded that she also drives from Weymouth every day. This woman is extremely unfriendly as I had to deal with here many times on the phone when making appointments. The doctors I dealt with are friendly for the most part but they push you out the door very quickly. On a side note the area does not appear to be very safe as there is a lot of homeless around the grounds but this is not the hospitals fault. Probably will not be back when there are so many other options in Boston.

This is seriously the worst hospital ever. Never have I dealt with doctors that clearly dont know how to be doctors. My daughter has type 1 diabetes and was getting her wisdom teeth out.first of all they made an appt but when I got there they knew nothing about it, then the first doctor tells her to turn off her pump at midnight come to find out they couldnt do it cuz her sugar was high so the next next doctor said she should of never turned it off and asked why didnt they just give her insulin the first? Right! Thats what I said but they suppose to be doctors. Now I just had an on call doctor tell me its impossible that she got her teeth out in the ER. Like are you serious? None of these doctors know what they doing and need to train more and communicate more. Thank god my daughter is OK but never ever again.

Im a longtime patient of a doctor in the Adult Primary Care and Womens Health Group. My impression of the doctors - and my primary care provider in particular - is that they are incredibly professional, competent and caring. However, my experiences with the nurses over several years have been absolutely horrible. They are rude, patronizing when you call with issues and project a general attitude that they dont care about you whatsoever. I called today with an issue with my prescription and the nurse I spoke with made no attempt to help or offer any solution. Truly one of the rudest people Ive encountered at BMC. Unfortunately, the experience was typical of my interactions with this nursing staff over many years. Very poor quality.

I had KIDNEY failure and Im only 35 years old, nevertheless, the team of doctors I had in ICU for a week were fabulous as well as the nurses. After a week I was transferred to A regular room. At the time I had the best roommate. Having someone I liked and enjoyed spending time with made it a great experience. I have to say the nurses in that department were not a helpful. After a few days I got some fluid in my chest but he didnt think it was that serious. Meanwhile, I had been on DIALYSIS. Well that evening between the fluid in my lungs and a panic attack I was having an extremely hard time breathing and eventually went out. When I woke up I was in ICU again. The doctors and nurses were amazing. I highly recommend this bospital

Disgusting staff. Treated my father like trash when he had a workplace accident and came into their ER profusely bleeding from the laceration on his forearm. He had completely severed two muscles and required 14 internal stitches to repair the muscle and 14 more stitches to close the wound. Triage nurses told him to control his own bleeding and to sit down and wait his turn when he was already turning pale from blood loss. They were rude, condescending, and did not give a damn about his welfare. Security guards saw his condition and got doctors to admit him immediately. Avoid their ER if you can, if you cant, good luck getting past their front staff.

It was a very nice Hospital until they started having huge delays to see patients. My mother in law is an elderly women, she got into the ER shaking with fever and vomiting. She waited hours to be seen. The Hospital did not have enough rooms, from 9 PM she was only able to get a bed at 1AM when a nurse woke me up in my sleep to let me know. Very disappointed with all these bad services. I will be sending the review about the room services by mail. The doctors do a good job, but their staff needs a lot of repair. If you cant get a translator quick enough a family member should be able to assist with the first questions. You can do better.
