I had two wonderful loving blue pits, both 8 years old. One had to go to a cardiologist and the other had to go to an opthamologist. My regular vet recommended this location for both. My one dog was diagnosed with heart disease and almost died that first week, and the other dog had an ulcer in her eye. One month after the heart diagnosis, my dog died with all the corresponding heavy costs of cardiology treatment and hospital. When I went back for an eye checkup on my second dog, I asked Dr. Easton (the owner and my doctor) if there was anything she could do to help on the expense of this one visit with all the expenses I was incurring. She said sure, you only have to pay for the medication today, no visit. When I got to the register, the office manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and insisted I had to pay for the office visit as well. I asked to speak with the doctor 3 times, and she would not let me. I paid the bill and went home. When my dog got another ulcer in her eye only weeks later, I took her back to Dr Easton. When we came back for a checkup, I let them know what happened on my last visit and they said it was no problem, I could only pay for the medications that time to make up for it. I said thank you, and that I planned on paying all the visits going forward, but since the Dr. said she would help the one time, I appreciated them honoring that. I paid for just the medication, and two days later I received a letter saying that they were terminating services with me. I had a follow up appointment scheduled, and apparently this is unimportant to them. I have a call into the office to speak with the doctor about this but never heard back. I was told by someone who works closely with Vet Vision that they are a close group and the doctor would know what the office manager did. How can they be so cruel? Do they have no concern for the dog? Why did Dr. Easton say YES TWICE to helping with the cost of a visit ONE TIME ONLY and then let her office renig on this promise and terminate the service????? I have never experienced anything so unprofessional and rude. Dr. Easton, if you are reading this, you know who I am and if your office manager told you that I said or did anything rude to her, she is lying. I never raised my voice or was mean in any way. Why did you say yes to help me when you had no intention of helping? I hope enough people read this that your karma comes back to you.

My pets have been patients of Dr. Ebingers for the last 6 years. I found him to be a compassionate and intelligent Dr. He had a great rapport with both patients and their owners. I have never written a review before but I am today. Due to a terrible experience with current Dr. and office staff. Details of my interaction with them would take too long to write in a review but bottom line is they were insensitive to the physical needs of my dog and were rude to me. Dr Ebinger would never have condoned the way they treated me or my pet yesterday. I left the practice and have set up an appt. With a new vet opthamologist in Southfield Michigan. True to form the current staff could care less that I left their practice. Sad but true!

My dog had a corneal laceration from a cat. My Vet recommended Veterinary Vision of Rochester. I brought her in through the Animal Emergency Centre and she had surgery that day. The damage was worse than first thought but Dr Ebinger repaired everything. I cant say enough good things about the care my girl received and how wonderful the entire staff was with both her and I. From the moment we walked in to the time we walked out the door I was made to feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this Clinic to anyone who has a pet with eye issues!

I have always had a great experience at Vet vision of Rochester. I recently moved, but still drive the distance because I trust them. My dog has seen several of the opthomologist and they are all wonderful and knowledgable. All of the doctors take the time to thoroughly explain whats going on and answer my questions. I have a very timid dog and they are always so gentle with her and make any treatments so much easier on her. I have also been to the Veterinary Cardiology location in Novi and they are wonderful too!

Prompt veterinary service, and they truly take time to explain everything. Be aware going in that the standard procedure is to do several tests on your pets eyes, one of which is a Schirmer tear test, which requires them to place essentially a strip of paper on your pets eye. If you have a nervous/reactive dog like mine, youll want to request a muzzle from the get go.

Everyone was very, very nice except the vet, Dr. McKinnon. Shes was great with my dog but had ZERO interest on developing a relationship with me... And Im the one whos paying the freaking bill. Ive never been so dismissed by a doctor if any kind. I would not come back here.

Dr. Ebinger is a true professional. I wouldnt trust George with just anyone. He knows his stuff and truly cares about the pets. The staff is friendly and helpful. George is happy, can see, and runs again like a puppy. Thanks for a wonderful job!

Dr. Easton and the entire staff at Veterinary Vision are incredible. They are caring, accommodating, and very talented. They literally saved our rescue kitten and were totally comforting in the process. Cannot recommend this office enough.
