I suffer from chronic migraines and had suffered one for several days before I couldnt take it anymore and decided to see a doctor about it especially since my vision was getting very blurry. My primary care doctor was closed so I went to the E.R. First trip was fine, they got me in a room promptly and treated my pain. The doctor didnt really "treat" me as far as giving me an MRI or anything but the attending nurse was great! My migraine was not gone but manageable when I was discharged. A few days later my migraine decided to make a return visit. Even after taking my migraine medication at home including my preventative med and enough ibuprofen to kill 3 men. Headed back... This time the staff was dismissive and was downright nasty to me. Even though I was polite, didnt demand anything ect. After the doctor had the nurse inject me with medications to abort my migraine, she told me I was to wait 20 minutes to be discharged. Which I did and the pain did not diminish. She came in (Janna?) and asked me if it had eased to which I replied no. With a smirk and a condescending tone says "well, you should be feeling relief by now" and I said I maybe I should but Im not. Im super angry at this point and in A LOT of pain and so I tell her thats fine , I just want to go home and lay in a dark room. Needless to say. I walked out of there sobbing and they didnt give a damn.

The worst "medical treatment" option around. I have lived in the area since 2001 and have never heard anyone, ANYONE, ever say a good thing about the place. In 2002 me and my mother got in a wreck, i got lucky and came out pretty much un hurt (few cuts nothing life threatening) my mother however was not so lucky. She was pinned between the steering wheel and the truck. Suffering from chest pains and sever bruising with difficulty breathing she was discharged almost immediatly. Came to find out about a week later after she couldnt take it anymore, she went back and they did some x-rays. 4 broken ribs, 6 cracked, and a punctured lung. They held her there for a few days and that was it there. Fast forward a few years i went in with a 113 degree fever. They took some blood ran a few tests and *shrug* we dunno, go home. A few years later i have to my fiancé there. She passed out. They told us it was low oxygen, put her on an oxygen mask then sent us home. This continued for a few years going in and being sent home. Well recently while visiting a small clinic a student not a nurse or anyone with years of medical training, a student tells us something. It was what we needed. Anyways long story short. If you dont have money they will not care one bit.

This is a horrible hospital do not come here under no circumstances. They are very unprofessional, they will call you to the back to get your vitals. Then have you sitting in a room for an hour before Anyone even acknowledge you. My eyes are in pain and they will not give me anything to soothe my pain. Sadly had to come up with my own alternative till a doctor decides to come to see me. Not to mention there is only One Doctor on the floor, all room are filled and lobby is packed. Please go to an urgent care center, you may have a better experience then I did here at Skaggs in Branson MO.

My husband came to the E.R. with chest pains and the staff was so responsive and caring. Quick action on the part of Dr. Baalman in working with the cardio staff prevented a heart attack from causing serious damage. They did a great job of explaining what was going on and were very thorough. He was admitted and spent the night. All of the nursing staff on the floor were excellent.

Having severe cramping while pregnant and still had to sit and wait for 3 hours in the ER waiting room before finally leaving to go elsewhere. After about an hour and 45 minutes, asked the receptionist how long the wait would be and, as rude as ever, she told me that they dont tell wait times. I would dread to hear that someone had to go to Cox hospital for anything.

HORRIBLE!! It was bad having husband in there for 9 days while they decided if he needed pacemaker. 2 weeks later had to take him to E R at 2:30 in morning, they admitted him, telling him he needed more tests, did not inform doctor he was in hospital. 34 hours later when we finally saw cardiologist he was let lose from that totally awful place. DONt go there!!!

The Drs on night shift are good, not much of a waiting time compared to other er waiting hospitals. Vending machines are on location with snacks and soda. Some vending machines accept payment by credit or debit card. Wi-Fi is also available free of charge.

What a terrible place to get any kind of help. Doctors dont seem to know what they are doing. Thats of course if you are ever eventually able to see one. The sign in process is the worst due to the lack of anyone caring or any kind of sense of urgency.

Horrible. Freind setting here having trouble breathing and about to past out and 3 diffrent phone calls all said "Theres nothing we can do to help" This place is freaking worthless. Just as, if not crappier than Skabbs ever was.

Horrible. Its Scaggs with a new sign. If you are sick in Branson you do not want to show up ANYWHERE with Cox on the door. If you wake up there after an illness or injury as soon as you possibly can RUN out of there.
