Overall a nice place but you always feel rushed once you see someone and they dont give you enough information about medications or possible side effects. They used BNT ear treatment on my dog for a minor ear infection and now she cant hear much at all. They kept saying it wouldnt do that and they have never had it happen before, but there are plenty of cases online and then they couldnt even wash out all the medication afterwards. She may have permanent hearing loss now. They also clipped a nail too short on my dog and made her bleed a little. I thought the whole point of paying a professional to clip her nails was to stop potential injury? I havent had a problem with Dr.Jones himself, but Id be wary of some of the other doctors there. They dont seem to be very knowledgeable or skilled. If you go there dont let them use any meds until you know ALL the potential risks and try to only see Dr. Jones. Avoid BNT if you have an older dog with an infection, as they could go deaf, and the staff with just look at you and act like you are overreacting.

Jones Animal clinic came highly recommended to us. We used to visit another vet in the area, but she was very short and impersonal. The doctor here was very friendly and informative. We left feeling like we knew what to do with our new puppy rather than confused. I would definitely recommend taking your animals here. They are very kind, and professional, and you dont have to have an appointment, and compared to other vets, they are much more reasonable cost wise.

Ive been taking Bandit there for about 4 years now. Took him there when I first got him. Tried a couple of others at first cause they were a little cheaper, but they didnt compare to the service I received from Jones. The others werent that much cheaper. When I leave I feel Bandit has received the best medical service available. The staff all seem to really care.

Quick service but felt a bit rushed out and they gave us a bunch of medicine and told us the directions but I found it odd they didnt give us a printout of the instructions or even a bag to put stuff in. Maybe I just had higher expectations because Ive heard so many great things about them. Decent place tho.

We love Dr Jones! We have tried vets closer to home but we just dont get the same kind of care as we do at Dr Jones. The staff knows us when we walk in and they always give great care to our animals. Thanks Dr Jones and staff!

i would never take my pets to dr.jones again. He cut my poodles tails to short and they almost bled to death. He was very sloppy when he fixed my large female sheep dog. i would not go back to Dr. jones again

The no-appointment policy is great. Sometimes youll have to wait a while but their evening and weekend hours make this the most convenient vet Ive ever used. The staff and doctors are always friendly.
