The change of staff has been horrendous! I trust Doctor Rita with my dog she could simply look at him and know what is wrong but since the old staff Eddie left every single experience has been a nightmare. We dont get reminder calls anymore when we walk in no one greets us they dont even take a look at us, the new staff never knows the answer to anything they always have a really nasty attitude. I asked specifically to see doctor Rita because my dog is terrified of DR muller and she always suggested unessary stuff for my dog they gave me the run around, nasty attitude, left me in a room with other dogs charts open and needles open and also took the next apt who had just gotten there instead of me who had been waiting for 1 hour already, Dr Rita is professional and knowledgable but I might have to start looking for a different vet all because of the horrible service of the front desk

Dr. Rivero and her staff are excellent, they truly exceed expectations! My husband and I are a young couple and we rescued two kittens. When it came time to spay them and get shots, the prices other vets were giving us were through the roof! Dr. Rivero was able to help us afford to be able to our cats the best care available. We live 30 min away and it is well worth the drive for us. We have called her at 11:30 at night with concerns for our cats and she has answered the phone every time. She had provided amazing advice and has allowed us to make a payment plan to ensure our cats are at their optimum health. Her staff is very caring.

As we all know, the medical industry (both with animals and humans)can be extremely shady and expensive with questionable practices used to generate extra money. Luckily, Dr. Rivero is ANYTHING but that. She really cares about the animals as does her staff assistant Ed. I HIGHLY recommend them to anybody in the area looking for a vet that considers a happy animal more important than a bigger bank account.

Dr. Rivero is truly a wonderful, fantastic Vet. that cares about all animals! We took our very sick puppy to her and she was amazing! The puppy is doing great now thanks to her and we couldnt be any happier! She explained everything to us in detail so we would understand and know what to expect. everything she said was right on the money. I wouldnt take our puppy anywhere else. Thank god we found her.

Rita Rivero is amazing! She was the first one to examine our puppy, even before we got him. So we decided to stick with her, even though we drive about 45 minutes. However, it is worth it to drive that far for great support. I usually as a LOT of questions, and she takes the time (every time !! ) to answer all of my questions. This is highly appreciated!
