I had a dog who died at home cremated there several years ago & all was well. Knowing that another dog was going to die soon, I called in advance to check on the hours and that they still accepted dogs that died at home & were brought in by owners. I was told yes, and she only mentioned the hours I needed to be there by. The day my dog died I called while en route to the crematory to say I was coming with my dog and would be there by 2pm. I was told that I needed to bring cash only or they wouldnt accept the dog & had to be there before 3 pm or they wouldnt take the dog that day. I was never told about the cash only policy & cost when I previously called, so with my dead dog in the car, I had to stop at the bank, which was horrible as I could hardly speak or function. Once I got to the facility the female at the desk was very business like and cold and the first thing she asked me was if I brought the cash. Never a word of sympathy knowing I just lost a dog I had for 15+ years since newborn. I know its a business, but I should have been told with the 1st phone call of the cash only policy so I could have gone to the bank before my dog died & should have been treated with more respect. Needless to say, this is the last dog (I have other old ones) that I will be bringing there.

My beloved cat, Sasha, passed at home. She took a nap and never awoke. I called Paws to Heaven at 8pm on Tuedsay, sobbing, and the woman who answered relayed her condolences in a very nice way. She also informed me of her hours and that they only accepted cash. I dropped my cat off the next morning and this morning we were able to collect her remains. They were given to us in a nice wooden box with her name engraved on it. I never wanted to have to go through the pain of losing my fur baby, but Paws to Heaven made it a little easier knowing I could keep her with me for as long as I live. Thank you Paws to Heaven for your help during this painful time.

I got my pets ashes today and I was really sad but also happy that I was able to get something to remember my Piko in a very special way. They box was personalized with my pets name and they even made a clay paw print to remember him by, which made me cry even more by the way. But that you for providing the service and making this sad moment for me much easier by memorializing him in such a nice way. I really love the most was the paw print in clay. That was a pleasant surprise because I meant to have it done before he passed by I was too upset to do it, thank you from the bottom of my heart for adding that special part.

We were heartbroken when our dog of 13 1/2 years passed away. We called and made an appointment for 10:00 AM private cremation. The man who escorted us back to the room was kind and understanding of our grief. He showed us the room and asked us if we needed a few more minutes alone. He then directed us to a nice waiting room that was clean and neat. The included mahogany box was nice and had our dogs name engraved on a metal plate. Going there actually gave some closure to a stressful situation.

Many vet sent my dog Riley to paw to heaven i asked to have rileys ashes returned to me but they didnt they miss read her paper work which was clearly stayed for her to be returned and they spred her ashes so I am terribly devastated that I an NOT going to have my baby returned to me so with that I am terribly disappointed in paws to heaven for not being able to read and not doing there job correctly

I had my 13 year old poodle put down for being very sick and had him cremated by paws to heaven. His remains came 8 days later in a beautiful mahogany box with his name engraved in a gold plate. Along with the box came a beautiful rainbow bridge story. Although I am devastated, I appreciate the beautiful gesture.

This facility went above and beyond our expectations in conjunction with the Animal Welfare Association when we said goodbye to our dog. The beautiful home for our girls remains was more than we imagined. Thanks for making such a difficult time a little easier.

Today I picked up the ashes of my best friend and service dog and I was shocked to find my dogs ashes in a beautiful wooden box with her name engraved. This gesture of kindness went a long way and I highly appreciate this companies efforts.
