I was pretty worried about my 6 month old kitten. He needed to be fixed, get shots, and microchipped. This was our first kitten my sister and I have taken care of by ourselves so this was a bit stressful for us. Every time I called to ask questions they always had an answer for me. They were very understanding of my worries and reassured me that he would be fine. Drop off went very quickly and he was ready to be picked up by 2pm. They were able to do all we needed in one day at HALF the price of his original vet. He looked like nothing had phased him at all. He did not seem out of it or in pain at all. They explained what happened in the procedure, any shots he needed to get in the future, and any concerns they found. They took the time to talk to me about his health and that we could come back for the other shots. My kitten was back to normal by the time we got him home. I didnt see any fleas or anything that would indicate he wasnt absolutely taken care of. I Highly Recommenced this place. Dont let looks be deceiving, because this place has great people at its heart. I will be bringing him back any time we need something.

Very bad experience. Scheduled an appointment for a cat spay. Was told to drop off the animal between 6-7 am, and pick her up at approximately 3:00 pm. I brought my pet in at 6:45 on my way to work. The receptionist then informed me that I had to stay until the vet examined my pet which would take approximately half an hour. I informed her that nothing was said about staying for the exam, and that I would be late for work. The office was unprofessional refused to allow me to leave, and I had to take my pet to my workplace. She had not eaten or had anything to drink for over 12 hours. I had to ask my boss to allow me to drive back home (over 30 minutes away) and drop off my pet at home. Will NEVER use this facility again.

Excellent Clinic! Low cost spray and neuter, vaccines, blood work, physicals and etc for both cats & dogs. Very professional, clean, low cost. I have had my dog there twice and will continue to take her and her puppies there, they answer all my questions, what will happen, what to expect, and what do afterwards, they dont pressure you to have anything done to your animals that you dont want to do. They will let you know when vaccines are due according to the your animals age & history & physical and I feel good knowing that my animals are in such good hands with these loving & caring professionals! Sometimes they can be a little hard to get a hold of, but keep trying to call them, they are worth it.

I took my 6 month old cat to get spayed here a month ago and was very pleased with everything! I was able to get her spayed + a package that included shots and a leukemia test for under $100. The vets and assistants that worked there were very helpful and friendly, and were very good to my cat. They encouraged me to call if I had any questions regarding my cat, and gave me thorough directions with what I should and should not let my cat do after surgery. As soon as I brought my cat home, although a little dopey from the pain meds, was still her hyper little self (so much for her resting! lol). Its been a month since my cats been fixed and she is all healed up!!! I highly recommend this place! :)

This is my second time going here... Was told about this place from my moms friend.. So we took my moms dog Biscut to get him Neutered. The wait was a little longer than I expected since I was due at work but they moved us along and I made it on time. This second time was today I took my pup Bubbles to get her Spayed. The wait was not long at all (since I planned for a long wait) and they just gave me the phone call at 3:20 p.m that she is all done and the surgery went well. I will be going here for any future needs. And I tell everyone I come across, everyone is nice greats you smiles and makes the pups and cats feel loved.

Well first the actual office is very unprofessional looking, just a big open room with a desk in it, doesnt help your pet feel any more relaxed about being there. I had an appointment for my cat to have some vaccines. Waited 30 minutes before I was seen and once I got into the room the doctor took another 20 mins. When they did the vaccines they were very rough and had to pin down my cat, when I would have much rather preferred the option for me to hold her since it looked like they were hurting her. I dont recommend this place unless you dont care about your animal.

I HATE THIS PLACE!!!!! my kitten was not only covered in her own urine and shaking from being so terrified, but they butchered her. my little 8 month old kitten never deserved their abuse they cut several of her nipples and left her covered in blood, over charged me for things i never said they could do. then when they were supposed to give us medication for her that they charge you 15 dollars for only two pills when i went to open the second dosage IT WAS EMPTY!! AND of course when i call their closed so i left a voicemail and hope this can be a resolved situation.

Please if you have a Dog...do not take them Here to be spayed. Our puppy is incontinent now after they did the procedure. She is in a depression knowing she can not hold her urine. She has been given anti-biotics since they say she could have an infection since the surgery. She is now 7 months old. Received 3 rounds of meds and she is non the better for it, from 2 different vets. I will never ever go back to these butchers. They Do Not take any responsibility for what they inflict on your beloved animals. Pay a vet who cares or you will be sorry.

Highly recommend!!! My precious kitty kat has been there twice. Once to be neutered, then for his yearly visit/shots. They take their time, gave him a great exam, answered all my questions! However, they are never pushy with the sales to add on shots/items that I cannot afford, and do not really need. Other vets always want to add on sales (food...shots...etc...that I can get by without and cannot afford). A little distance to travel for me, but very worth it. This is a GREAT place! Awesome staff!!! Will be back soon!!!

Ive reported them to the BBB and to their Corporate Ofc for two issues now unresolved. One is an RX for heartworm meds never received from labs done in 2015 and the second, is for an error in my dogs rabies certificate with the incorrect expiration date for a 3-year rabies vaccine. They should not be in business when they dont know what theyre doing. Very poor service when they dont answer their phone and dont follow up. This office has a change in vets. Gee, I wonder why? The office staff cant seem to handle one phone line.
