I called the clinic to schedule an appointment to take three cats in for FeLV/FIV testing, and one other cat for other bloodwork. I was told I would only be charged one exam fee for the four cats. When I arrived the next day with my four Foster cats, we were taken to an exam room where a tech proceeded to take their temperatures. The first cat was held by the base of the tail with her feet scrambling to get away. The digital thermometer was in her rectum up to the point where the thermometer widens at 2 inches. ( I measured my identical thermometer ) She told my cat that she was only making it more difficult by scrambling. I was speechless. First of all, why were they taking their temperatures anyway? We were there for a simple blood test. After all four cats were caused unnecessary stress, treatment plans were put together including the bloodwork and an exam fee for EACH ONE. It was $16 for the exam for each of the cats getting the FeLV/FIV tests, and $25 for my "misbehaving" scrambler. In addition, the bloodwork for her was going to be $125 and included very unnecessary tests. All we needed to check was kidney/liver function. I ended up paying two exam fees and the three FeLV/FIVs. I will never return to this place. I literally left there in tears and absolutely ashamed of myself for not jumping up and putting a stop to the way this tech was handling my cat. My baby girl had blood on her next couple of stools after this and was traumatized for days. One star, in my honest opinion, is too many.

Worst experience of my life! For one, they didnt inform us when we made the appointment that we could not be in the room when our dog passed. We were informed after we paid. They told us we could have as much time as we needed. Yet a different employee came in every 5 minutes asking if we were ready. I dont appreciate being rushed. I understand they close at 7 and you all probably have your own families and pets to go home to but if you cant show respect you shouldnt be working at a vets office. When I made the appt we were told it would be quiet in the office and it was anything but. Yelling, slamming doors. Unacceptable. All we wanted was some peace and quiet to say goodbye to our dog. Will not come back here and I do not recommend it.

Ive read many of the horror stories and know some of the victims. This places is a joke. Go in with your pet and leave with their dead bodies. Any place that can screw up a simple neutering procedure by "accidently" euthanize your pet shouldnt be open. And its not just one dog, its multiple. So you decide, you want your animals to be happy and healthy, take them to an actual good vet. Someone who isnt stupid and knows the difference between neutering and euthanasia. This place needs to be shut down ASAP!!!!

I took my 2 cats in for vaccines and check ups. Looking at their prices online and then calling to check on the price I was told it would be about half of what it actually was. $200 later and I still have to go back to a different vet because they couldnt do all of the shots we were there for, as my cat who was trying to hide from the tech was too much of a problem.

I wish the public knew that mistakes can happen and that the "Real" story of what really happened is not out there for all to see. They are not getting all of the facts. If I could only not give a 1. Please listen to me, do not take your pets here. Animals are being given wrong drugs, animals are dying over simple procedures here. I cannot even comprehend what is going on within these walls, but please just listen and go elsewhere.

These people have killed several pets with their negligence, I cant believe theyre still allowed to operate. They even took their reviews down on Facebook because they were getting such bad feedback. If you love your pets, PLEASE take them elsewhere!

Didnt try to pressure me into a bunch of other shots, prices are great (24 dollars for an exam and rabies vaccine) usual vet wanted to charge 70 just for the vaccine. Quick and friendly staff as well.

Do not take your pets here. One of the vets lost their previous clinic for MANY reasons. This vet moved into discount vet wellness and has killed or harmed numerous patients left in her care.
