I recently adopted a puppy and I was a new puppy parent. I made an appointment for my eight week old puppy and before my appointment, I called them 5 times w/questions about what to do for my pet. They were very understanding and answered my questions. I see Dr. Walker and will continue to see her with this pet and every other pet I ever get. She is just wonderful. She is quick but thurough, establishes a bond of trust with your pet and is very good about answering any questions you might have. Overall, despite the fact that building is small and old, it may appear unclean, but its not that bad. And you can look past that to the good service and the decent prices. There are many doctors to choose from, so they might seem over booked, but Im sure that if there was an emergency, that they would take as much time as needed to care for your animal. They understand if you are a worried owner, the quick exams are good and well-priced, and Dr. Walker specifically is a dream. Worth your vist.

This is by far the worst clinic. The lobby is small (not a wise arrangement for large breeds) and dirty (dust is on every surface). The workers are on "smoke" breaks every time we pull in the parking lot. The appointments are assigned to a doctor, so other patrons can see a doctor before you, while you wait 30 minutes or longer for your assigned doctor to be free. I can understand some people prefer certain doctors, but not all people desire that. Some just want to see a vet (since it is a shared practice) Over-booking is common. The staff also need people skills training. When Dr. Walker was asked to check our dogs eyes because they were cloudy looking. Dr. Walker rolled her eyes, sighed and reluctantly checked them. Patients and owners beware. I use to work at a pet hospital for 8 years and I have never seen anything like it.

Took my puppy here with a broken leg. As he and I were BOTH crying, I was told they had appointments scheduled they would have to see first. They wanted me to COME back in 3 hours when they had time available. I was disgusted and outraged. When I asked to speak with the vet The receptionist left and came back saying they didnt do broken legs... I was SHOCKED that they could be so uncaring when it was so OBVIOUS there was an animal in pain. We left immediately. I called Hillview veterinary Clinic from their parking lot and was told to come right over. We are sitting at Hillview right now. The doctor got him right in and is taking x-rays now DO NOT GO TO REYNOLDSBURG VET HOSPITAL THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE SUFFERING OF ANIMALS :(

My family started using this vet clinic when I was roughly in 4th grade. Im now 42. I live near Clintonville but would never take my dogs to anyone else other than Dr. Tonne or to the other vets at this practice. Ive seen some of the negative reviews and I have to say Im shocked. I (or my "boys for that matter) have never been treated with anything other than kindness and compassion. For those who have mentioned waiting 1/2 for a specific vet, just like an MD, sometimes things occur with other patients that are beyond the vets control. I have recommended this practice to many people and its never been relayed to me that they werent completely happy and impressed with the care and professionalism they experienced.

I had been using another vet for years when I was told about RAH. I took my dog to Dr. Jill and instantly fell in love. I have never had a vet care more deeply for an animal ( and her human). Dr. Jill took the time to get to know me and my dog and provided care right up to the time that she came in on her day off to put my dog down when her cancer got the better of her. The folks at RAH were great and spent a lot of time with myself and family during that tough time. I will never as long as I have animals go to any other vet. I could go on forever singing praise for this vet but actions speak louder than words you have got to give them a try.

I have 2 unruly terriers that I love dearly. I would never take my animals anywhere else. The staff have been so good to my guys even with their yapping, jumping and general misconduct :) The whole atmosphere of RAH is to me is great, fun loving care. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Boron. Not only is she is patient and kind she has helped me with practical solutions to everyday problems. She has suggested calming collars, how to brush their teeth, inexpensive food to make (they will eat!) when theyre sick. I could go on. If you love and enjoy your animals as much as I do mine, bring them to RAH, everyone here will too!

I have been taking my dogs to this vet for 15 years now. The vets are excellent and they do genuinely care for my girls as well as address ALL of my concerns. This being said, sometimes the wait for your appointment is behind as well as how overwhelmed the support staff up front may be. But when the vets are this good it is to be expected that the practice is very busy and because they provide total care for your pets they can run behind. I love them and will not got elsewhere. I have even had a few friends and family switch vets after my referral and their experiences with their pets and these vets.

By far the best vet I have been to. There is nothing fancy here, but that helps keep costs very low. I mean do you really need a big screen tv in your vets waiting room? I think not. I go there for the care and attention they provide my pets, not a giant tv. My cat had nasal cancer and passed away in May..everyone in the office was really sympathetic and concerned..not the fake caring I have received at other vets..when all they really cared about was their money, not the well being of my beloved pet. I cant say enough about the doctors and this facility, I wouldnt take my pets any where else.

Im not sure how the rating for this vets office is a 2.5 but it should be a 5 hands down. Sure you have to call ahead to schedule an appointment but that is the case with any good doctor. They will make exceptions in emergency situations too. Dr. Tonne is amazing and so good with the dogs. He actually called us after hours one night to check to see how our dog was doing after being treated by him. If thats not good enough, they have THE LOWEST pricing in town. Its amazing how little they actually charge for the visits and medications. I would never go anywhere else.

Ive taken My 4 cats and 2 dogs them for years. Yes we do wait a long time but I do at my physicians office as well. 3 years ago I had a 17 year old cat with SCC in his mouth. We treated him palliatively and ended up putting him down six months later. They were kind and compassionate throughout the entire process. I like everyone in the entire office. And for what its worth, Ive NEVER seen anyone out on a smoke break when I drove up.
