I was sent here on a referral from my veterinarian for my hedgehog who was suffering severe quill loss. They were incredibly sweet to me and patient, but I was slightly disappointed with my service. They never gave me estimates as they went for what they were going to do my pet, and I was stunned when they gave me the bill ($258) for my visit, when the most I had paid elsewhere was $80. They did a skin scraping to check for mites on my hedgehog as well as a fungal infection. I was told I would receive a call by December 28th. It has been two weeks and I finally called. They vet who had taken care of me had quit, and moved to another state. I met with someone other than Dr. Riggs. I am just very disappointed in my service here. They were good with my small exotic, but their customer service needs a little work.

I have been very happy with Doctor Terihey! We are in a critical situation with our 10 1/2 year old boxer. I left a message, since Doctor Terihey is in a seminar and did not receive a call back today! Critical in the the fact we went to the Copley emergency hospital this past Sunday and as of Tuesday it seems our fur baby is paralyzed with whatever her health is going through! We are lost as to if she is suffering or is there something that can be done! We are straw feeding her broth and water, awaiting a call as to what we can do for her :( REVISED - DOCTOR ADAIR DID CALL - I DID NOT RECEIVE THE MESSAGE - THEY TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF OUR FUR BABY - HIM, BRIAN AND MELANIE - VERY PROFESSIONAL YET COMPASSIONATE! !!!!!!

The vets and staff are very nice, and they know there stuff. Most of the time going to a vet means something bad has happened or an animal is sick, but these guys and ladys here always remain optimistic and always give more than one means of correcting the issue. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to get to a room. And never waited more than 5-10 minutes before the vet is in looking my ferrets over. I have 3 ferrets and they can be a handful at times. But these people here are awesome and i cant say enough good things about this place. Prices on their services are pretty good as well.

I brought my male rabbit here to be neutered, and they took excellent care of him. Even to the extent of spoiling him with strawberry tops. They went as far as to transport him from their Barberton Clinic to Wadsworth so I wouldnt have to leave work early. They just called to check up on my female after a vet visit last week. I am very impressed with the high level of care and service of this clinic and would highly recommend them to anyone within reach.

I have been taking my aged cat here for about 4 years. They are very professional yet very sweet to my girl. She had an issue with her stomach that lasted for about a year and was finally resolved. She had a urinary tract infection in June of 2015 and the med they gave her worked very quickly. They also did blood work, got a urine specimen by cathing her, and did an ultrasound. I have seen 3 doctors there and I would recommend any of them.

Living in a small town in Wadsworth and owning an exotic Australian Rosella I was extremley suprised by the amount of knowledge the veterinarian possesed. My bird got sick and after talking about the options we took an aggressive approach and my bird was over his flu by the end of the week. I couldnt have been more impressed. They have excellant handling skills, and were very sweet with him and his tenacious personality.

We first encountered Dr. Riggs at a seminar he gave on bird health. We were very impressed by his knowledge and commitment to keeping up with the latest science and by his friendliness. So we began taking both of our parrots to see him for both health and grooming. He and his staff are fantastic. They are thorough and kind and always patiently answer our questions. If Dr. Riggs saw people Id be first in line!
