I can not with good faith recommend this facility to anyone. After awaking to find my kitty in terrible pain and unable to move his back paws, I called several emergency lines and this was the closest vet given. I rushed him over when they opened and waited while the vet took his time coming down, from upstairs. The entire time Hugo could barely breathe and was in extreme pain. The Dr recommended several tests amounting to about $550 to rule out other options and diagnose by omission a saddle thrombosis. He had me leave kitty and come back later. When I came back, he prescribed several medications and a referral to a specialist. I specifically asked if that would help save his paralysis or if he was too far gone. He went through some laundry list of things the referral could help with, since Hugo did not present chronic heart failure and was breathing "well." Note that at this time, Hugo had no feeling in his back legs, which had turned stiff and blue. They had no pulse. The vet recommended a specialist or medication for a few weeks and a guarded prognosis. Putting Hugo down was not brought up, as he could be one of the "lucky ones" and "you just never know." I chose the specialist and rushed Hugo to Gainesville. Once there they took a look and told me that while there was a treatment option it was extremely painful and expensive with very little chance of survival. The doctor at the university recommended I let Hugo pass pain free. I drove the two hours home alone. The university of Florida vet did not understand why I would be led to believe anything but a very slim chance of treatment was possible or why a referral was made without a discussion of euthnasia. I called four corners this morning to ask him that same question. He touted something about being legally required to recommend a specialist (true, but not without also discussing the prognosis as grave and euthanasia) and that the chart they received said Hugo was in very little pain (a very strong narcotic will do that) and had some chance of survival. It felt as if he questioned my choice, even though he left a message for me saying I made the right choice. If the right choice was to put Hugo to sleep, that should have been discussed at four corners. The offer of a referral should have been as an option if I chose invasive treatment and the fact that a vast majority of cats with saddle thrombosis do not make it through any treatment should have been presented. Thanks to this unprofessional team, I drove two hours with a cat who had no back leg circulation and was miserable. I then drove two hours home blinded by tears. I was then admonished for my decision and the fact I questioned his practice. The doctor went as far as calling the university to discuss and place blame on them. I spoke with the university this afternoon, and stand by their treatment and opinion that there was nothing that could truly be done for Hugo - and he was too far gone before I left Four Corners. Nothing will bring Hugo back and saddle thrombosis is not a disease that can be caught or fixed without large expenses and risky procedures. I hope that if even one person reads this and chooses somewhere else, my trauma and pain can help someone else choose a vet who will care enough to tell you when the time is right to let go.

Trust is the key word. Mr & Mrs Doctor Mohit & staff have always treated our pets as if they were their own. Many veterinarians will send you home with expensive drugs or unnecessary tests but not Four Corners Animal Hospital. Doctor Mohit makes sure that you fully understand treatment options and gives a through exam. I have recommended several people to Four Corners Animal Hospital for both veterinarian services as well as boarding. *9/17/17 update - Thank you for boarding our two Great Danes during Hurricane Irma. This relieved a little stress from us because we know you will keep them safe. Ive seen some negative reviews lately and while everyone has an opinion, I can say without a doubt that we have never been overcharged nor have we ever been prescribed something that they dont need. Doctor Mohit, gives a thorough exam, provides his opinion, and then gives us options for treatment if necessary. Try going to Banfield or another competitor and walk away without some sort of prescription. Pets are a part of many peoples family and with two very large dogs, I trust them to treat them as they would thier own. For those with negative reviews, I would encourage you to fully research these doctors and not judge on pure emotion but overall quality of care.

Absolutely incredible vet in every way. I cannot recommend them enough as they are some of the most compassionate and understanding people that I have ever had the pleasure knowing. That coupled with the sheer amount of knowledge and education possessed in one location speaks volumes as to their services. My entire family (parents as well as others) and friends all take our pets there as they truly earn your trust and respect. Every single aspect of any visit will be explained to you in detail, and they are beyond accommodating if you need to be seen with no appointment in case of an emergency. While I admit that I have never been to a vet that I find bad and all have always given me positive experiences, Four Corners Animal Hospital is at the top for the best, and I am more than happy to take my furry loved ones to them for care. I cannot thank them enough for what I have had to recently deal with, and I encourage everyone to feel confident in taking your pets to them.

Since my wife and I moved down here we have brought our fur children to 4 Corners Animal Hospital and we could not be happier. Dr. Mohit was recommended by close friends after they brought their diabetic cat to him. They swear that the treatment their cat got by the Mohits expanded his life span and made him much happier. We now bring all of our fur children to Dr. Mohit, could both client and patient could not be happier and heres why: They take the time to thoroughly go over your pets needs, no a rush you in rush you out like other vets. They tell you all your best options and why if your fur child does become sick. They have wonderful staff including Vet Tech Lisa who works in harmony with the doctor, the patient, and the client. If you care about your pets health there is just now better place, period. Quite frankly if the Mohits treated humans they would be out doctor, we just cant say enough positive things about them.

The facilities seemed rather nice but the staff was extremely slow and not personable at all. They also charged for everything and more from the minute I stepped into the place, seemed to be price gouging me for everything knowing I was evacuating from the hurrican. Would never use this place again and definitely would never recommend . Update to my horrible time with this clinic. On the positive side here these comments are at least read and they went out of their way to call me, so maybe they can take this and work on their customer service skills. The phone call I received was the front desk berating me and demanding I change my comment. They continued to say it was my choice when in fact due to the hurrican everywhere else was booked. I would have had no issue removing or changing my comment had they taken the time to apologize or seek a way to make their services better instead of the rude phone call I received.
