They remember you and your pet. Always upfront about the cost. Very careful with pet, cutting nails, shots. They also educate you on pets diet, etc. Have 3 locations you can go making scheduling an appointment with preferred vet quite easy. Also, they have coffee in the waiting area. Very nice places
