In a grueling search to find a vet that was open on Saturdays, a co-worker told me about My Vet. After hearing that it was a good place to go and reading some good reviews, I scheduled my new cat an appointment for a checkup as we had just gotten her a month or two prior. The building was a little hard to pinpoint but it is located inside the Kroger plaza and with some help from my trusty GPS, I had no issues. My girlfriend and I expected a visit of around $200 but left paying less than half of that (we even received a small referral discount), so the pricing is more than reasonable, especially for a place of this quality. The building is small but very modern and inviting as you walk in. The employees have always been nice, courteous, and caring both in person and on the phone. Our cat isnt one to be held for too long so the staff was generous enough to give us a room right away rather than sit in the waiting room. We were there no longer than 10 minutes before Jill came in to perform the checkup. She was quick and efficient and had us out of there in around 15 minutes. Our second visit came sooner than later as our cat was having some issues with her eye. I made the call to My Vet and they scheduled an immediate appointment for me the next day, squeezing me in just before I had to be at work. Seeing as I had absolutely no way to pick my cat up throughout the day, they actually watched her the entire day for no fee at all. I swung by after work, picked her up, and was on my way in just a few minutes. A couple days after, we even received a call from Dan to check up on our kitten to see how well she was doing and how well the medication was working. Since I couldnt answer the call, my girlfriend called in and to much surprise actually talked directly to Dan who answered all our questions. Sorry for the long-winded review but I feel it necessary. I highly recommend My Vet to anyone looking for a caring, courteous, convenient, and reasonably priced vet in the area (or in my case, even worth the 30 minute drive).

I have taken my 1.5 year old Dalmatian to a cheap, no appointment necessary, walk-in type of 24 hour animal hospital since I adopted him last year just because it was close, open 24 hours, and in my budget (so I thought). Since November of 2012, we have been in and out on 10 different occasions (did I mention he was 1). The usual wait was 4 hours to be seen by the Dr, because even though you were the first person there that morning, anyone that came in with an appointment that they made 3 months before hand was able to go ahead of you. 2 hours into my last wait, I decided to call My Vet. I am so... glad I did! They were able to get me an appointment the same day! Everyone was so... nice! The Dr. listened to all of my concerns, and worked with his schedule so he was able to provide my baby with the best care possible. We left that 1 visit with a diagnosis, and a plan for treatment. We accomplished more in that 1 visit than we had in almost 6 months at the other vet. Everyone there genuinely seemed to care about us, and I am so glad I finally found a vet that is aware of all of the issues that Dalmatians are genetically prone to. Thanks My Vet!

Early one morning, our cat was in great pain, and we needed to get him in on very short notice. After calling the vet weve used for years, we were told wed have to wait until the end of the day for an appointment. So we called around to several places, only to be told the same thing or worse. Then we called My Vet Animal Hospital in Westerville. They told us to come right it, and Dr. Bishop examined our cat immediately. Not only did we appreciate My Vets quick service, we were really impressed with their broad in-house testing capability, which was matched by their friendly and caring attitude. It was determined our cat needed to stay the night, and when we picked him up the next day, Dr. Bishop was very thorough with his instructions, and took the time to go into great detail...sometimes you feel rushed by a vet so he/she can get on to other patients...thats not the case here! Dr. Bishop even called me a couple days later just to checkup on our cat to see how he was doing. That was a first for us! We we cant say enough about the My Vet staff and Dr. Bishop. We trust them and now consider them to be our full time vet.

I have mixed feelings. I like and respect Dr. Dan a lot, but feel his wife often does extraneous things without telling me the extra cost beforehand. I took my dog to boarding and asked to see the area. (When I scheduled the appointment I was told I didnt need to bring her bed.) The dogs were on the cold, hard floor in what looked like a shelter. I understand that dogs stress out and can chew bedding, but they need to be at least off the floor. I ran back home before they closed to get her bed. Amanda is super helpful and sent me pics and talked to me every time I asked for updates. So I think they have room for improvement in their integrity to their customers and treatment of the pets, but I have also had good experiences there with vet techs, office staff, and Dr. Dan. If Dr. Sara is the other vet, I also had no qualms with her.

Im new to the area and Im from a small town, I recently had a client tell me how amazing this place is so I had to see for myself, instead of driving an hour to my regular vet I decided to check this place out and they go above and beyond your expectations! My dog gets very nervous and hates meeting new people, they made him feel so comfortable at his first visit he was so happy and I know he will be just fine coming back! My last vet I went to he was always so scared to go back. My dog has developed skin allergies and the doctor herself even called me a week later to check in! I was so happy about that, she takes time out of her day for her clients! The doctors and assistants are very educated and so friendly and they care about you and your pet! I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I can not say enough good things about my experience at My Vet. My German Shepherd suddenly became violently ill. They fit her in quickly and were so kind and understanding. The facility is clean and welcoming. They have all the extras to make the customer feel welcome and at home. They understand that cost is a factor for many of their patients and do what they can to keep the cost down. I appreciate the extra effort of phone calls to check up on their special patients! They took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I understood every option I had with Giada. I am happy to report she is doing well. I will without hesitation continue to bring my extended family to this office! Tracey Gates
