我上网看了看查到这个药才买20,医院药贵这么离谱吗?2.5倍的价格?!(yep, they charge me 50 for the clavamox drops, and I found its only 20 online! And they charge 50 for every time to see the doctor, thats nonsense! I just wanna recheck my dog is ok or not, and they still gonna charge for visit the doctor. OMG! And the front desk is rude, yes, Im a foreigner, Im waiting and sitting there, they can see me, but they just keep answering the phone. At last, I spend 150 for nothing. ) 狗狗病没治好,钱到没少花,我不推荐大家来这里!BTW, they let a part time doctor to look after my dog, I mean the doctor is nice, but he just only work few days and the most important thing is he cant cure my dog! I do not recommend to come here!!!!

We have taken our cats to Dr. Earp and Dr. Erdman and Dr. Franklin for many years, even prior to Laurelwood. All three are fantastic and know us and our cats by name. We followed them gratefully and happily when they opened this clinic. Dr. Earp gave our calico two happy years on this earth that she never would have had. He reviewed each and every option and possibility with us, and brought in Dr. Franklin for an internal cancer consult when it was needed. When one method of treatment would stop working (she had inflamatory bowel disease and then cancer), he would research other possibilities. With each different treatment, we gained more time with our precious cat. She gained weight on a new diet and prednisone when she could keep nothing down and she was happy and comfortable her last months of her life. When we had to put her down, as the cancer took over, Dr. Earp was visibly sad and sympathetic and even wrote us a handwritten note with his condolences. I am shocked at some of the negative reviews, as this clinic is the life mission for these three vets and they take each and every animal life seriously. A friend drove her sick cat from Anacortes, WA to see Dr. Franklin, for example! I cannot imagine taking our cats anywhere else.

From beginning to end, our experience at Laurelwood Animal Hospital was excellent. Today was our first visit there with our 16-year-old cat and I would recommend this place to anyone with beloved pets. The front desk staff was very courteous and professional. I especially appreciated them politely steering the curious dogs away from our scared-y cat. We didnt wait long at all to be taken back and even though my kitty was not friendly at all (hissing, etc.), the nurse was patient and understanding. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Earp. He obviously cares very much about animals and I really appreciated how much time he took with us to explain everything and to make sure everyone was comfortable with the procedures. My cat was not friendly in the least and he didnt seem bothered by that at all. He treated her very kindly and even gave her a treat before we left. He was honest about what kinds of treatments she might need and I didnt feel pushed into any expensive tests. Again, I would recommend Laurelwood Animal Hospital to anyone and will gladly take my feisty feline there again.

This is probably the best vet clinic Ive ever been to! Dr. Erdman was a delight! I brought my dog in because of a yeast infection in his ear. Dr. Erdman and the staff took great care of us. She spent over an hour with my dog and I, and I truly felt like she cared! She was so informative and did a great job showing me how to treat my dog for his yeast infection. She even let me know that I could bring my dog in the office in a week to see if his infection cleared up at no extra charge. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because I paid a little more than I was expecting and wanted to. I thought the visit would be right under $100 and I ended up spending $150. If I ever need to take my dogs to the vet, Dr. Erdman will forever have my business! And the office was very clean and inviting.

We have found Dr. Earp to be a competent and caring vet who listens to our concerns and investigates alternative treatment options with which he is unfamiliar. Our 4-year old terrier mix has seizures, and Dr. Earp has worked closely with us to try to manage her condition. We dont feel pressured for diagnostics of questionable usefulness but at the same time dont feel like were being brushed off for our concerns regarding potential side effects of the standard medication regimen. Dr. Earp consults with his specialist colleagues and then returns phone messages promptly to discuss his recommendations. We feel our dogs are in good hands, and have referred several other people and their pets to his care.

We recently had to make a difficult decision and put our very elderly dog down. Dr. Erdman was everything you would want in a vet and so much more. She was extremely patient and sympathetic, and let us work through the process. She was comforting throughout and insisted that we go home afterwards and take care of the bill another time. The next day, we received a bouquet of flowers at our house with a sympathy card from the vet. Our prior experiences here were equally outstanding. Our next pet will definitely be a Laurelwood client. THANK YOU!

Dr. Earp has been my vet through five dogs and 25 years. He keeps up on the latest research, lays out treatment alternatives, and explains his recommendations. He never rushes with the animals and is unfailingly kind and caring with them. Every one of my dogs has wagged happily when he comes into the room. Hes the best vet ever. The whole Laurelwood clinic is well run -- the staff is great, and the other vets Ive seen there are also excellent (Dr. Erdman and the widely esteemed Dr. Franklin).

i came here cuz yelp has 5 star at this place. but i did not know i was asked to possibly pay 2500 dollar to do endoscpy because after1000 done on xray and gaterade shot the expert in small animal can not find out the reason why my cat was sick was only because he was allergic to chicken (later on i researched my cats symptoms online myself and switched my cat to a limited ingridient diet and freaking cured him myself..) sorry my experience here was pretty bad.
