I would say "Good" but our cat has developed a lump under her chin, and due to the location we were not sure if its an abscess or a tooth infection. After dropping her off, we expected to get a response on what happened to her but we got no call back. We called back a few hours after dropping her off and they had NO idea what they were doing. They did not "see" a lump when it was clearly visible and has irritated the cat when touching close to it. Typically abscesses are drained during their visit, that has been the case every time weve had problems with our animals. They only offered us antibiotics so see what happens next. We had no diagnosis of what was really wrong. For how much these businesses cost, we expect better than this. We only took our pet here because we moved close by, but after our first visit we will never return. Amazon animal park clinic has always been amazing to us. So I guess well take the extra trip to make sure our loved ones are dealt with my competent professionals. Never again!

I have loved this clinic from the very first visit with my cat almost ten years ago. The entire staff is knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. They all make the pet lover sounds when I bring in my cats. Dr. Duncan is the only vet that my old, grumpy cat has ever liked enough to keep her claws tucked away during an exam. Over the years, he has saved the lives of two of my cats. He also spotted an issue with my third kitty that led to a diagnosis which was missed by the emergency vet. Unfortunately she didnt make it. The awesome staff sent us a sweet condolence card even though they did not get the chance to treat her. Over the years, I have seen the same smiling faces at Willakenzie which ensures that this is the best place for my fur babies. Plus, they have mini candy bars at the desk. Love it!

Yes, the folks there were really kind to us. However, we went there as a first time customer trying to find a vet, so we got a free visit. However, that visit did not address the problem that brought us in there. What ended up occurring was that they quickly rattled off a huge list of things that we should pay for to keep our dog healthy. It was super fast, super confusing and really just a refined sales pitch. There was not discussion of the fees for the two immunizations we got until the bill came. We called to let them know the problem we brought the dog in for was getting worse and they suggested we just come back in...2 days later. No way. The people were nice, but not pleased with the business practice.

Our dogs get the best care from this clinic. The staff takes the time to answer questions when you call or drop by, regardless of how busy they are. Despite having shots, surgeries and other, normal, but not fun things happen at the office, my dogs get excited when I ask them if they want to go because they love the staff so much. Everyone there treats my pets like they are family members, which they are! I will never take them anywhere else!

Ive had pets my whole life and this is by far my favorite clinic! I love all the staff and both of the doctors. They care so much about your pet, and give each and every one special love and attention when they are there. I feel very confident in their abilities as veterinarians as well. We have several animals, but they always seem to be able to get them in no matter what!

I have been looking for a new vet. I started calling around for a price quote to nueter my new puppy. They quoted me 450$ with pain meds for a 60lb dog. I thought that seemed steep. So then I called my local vet in Veneta. They quoted 100$ plus 11$ for pain meds. Shame on you guys for charging such outrageous prices. You are obviously taking advantage of folks.

Seriously the best people to be running an animal clinic! Ive had my cats 7 years and when 1 was recently diagnosed with diabetes, Dr. Brandt and company actually helped me call around to pharmacies for insulin I could afford. In fact, they found the cheapest one and called me with price. As long as Im in the area, this clinic will be my babies home.

This was by far the best experience me or my dog have had at the vet. The staff was incredibly welcoming (my dog was a new patient) and enthusiastic about the care of my dog. They were thorough and really seemed to care about my guys wellbeing. I will never take him anywhere else, and thats the best compliment I can give them.

Dr Jon and the entire staff are totally in tune with the importance of our 4-legged family member. Dr. Jon is an extremely bright and competent veterinarian. He more importantly is willing to seek consultation when he needs the expertise of others.
