I was going to a vet in Cave Junction but decided to switch to someone in Grants Pass. What made me choose this place? Because I called EVERY SINGLE GRANTS PASS VET when my dog was in PAIN and NONE of them would help me within a humane amount of time. My dog was in pain and I wasnt looking to make an appointment for the next week. This vet has lots of staff and several vets, THEY TAKE WALK INS. They are the only vets office in town who would take care of my dog who was in pain. So now I take my dog and my parents dog here for all their shots and care and I am fully satisfied.

Called them 4 hours before they closed, they had no appointments. They still took my cat as a direct admit until they were able to see and fix her up. They knocked her out, took care of the problem (probably infected cat bite) and had me out with a very reasonable bill. The staff were all friendly. Dr. Renee Lauby spoke to me for a few minutes when I came to pick the cat up and she seemed like a great Vet and a nice person! I will absolutely return when I need it. My family is very greatful.

Riverside is fast-food vet service. They are disorganized. I planned shots for my dog and they gave an extra shot that I said not to give her. I asked for a prescription to be renewed and they forgot. They now want us to come in again and pay again for another appointment for the prescription we could have got at the last appointment. It is a way to get more money out of us! We are changing to a new vet for our dogs.

I wrote a review earlier. Seems they erased it. We were misled as to a surgery required (type and not necessary), who could do it (it should have been a specialist and it was not offered). Also that although special monitoring and care were needed after surgery and we should leave our pet in the hospital, we were not told no one would be there to do the monitioring. Cant trust them. Will not respond to me either.

Used to be a great place to take my dogs Until i tryed to buy heart guard. Was told NO because i did not have them test there required now , And was refused to give me for that reason . I asked why wasnt notifed they need a test was told it wasnt there responsibly to notified any one . On top of all that I asked for dogs shot records and was a hassle they kept asking questions.

Been going there for years. So far I like them all. Only had one or two hiccups in a very long time of patronage. I think they are very trustworthy, and for sure, they are all very good with the animals, and have always been very compassionate as well. They get real busy and its a small area that their business is located in so patience is a good thing when going there.

Emergany Doctor took time out gave him a shot (Spookie" black cat) and went to surgery right away something had attacked him my guess, got stuck coming out of a bobedwire fence where there were dogs. Im so very thankful for help and also for Harry.(piad spookies bill) 650.00 - 1tsd. So very Thankful

Im changing my rating from 5 star to 1 star after my visit today. I will be finding another vet clinic. The tech that attempted to assist us today should not be working with animals in a vets office. If you are unable to do the job then offer to get someone else in the office to assist.

The vets seem to be pretty nice, Front desk not so much I have found a couple of them to be rude & impatient I feel like Im bothering them. When I ask the difference between two of the heartworm medication she slammed both boxes on the counter & told me to read ingredients.

Ive patroned this clinic for a year - the Vets are good... BUT you need a willingness to tolerte the consistently RUDE, FRIGID, CURT, SNOTTY front desk "help". My patience has run out! Im looking for a new clinic.
