Dr. Dennis is fantastic! She has been Bentleys vet since he was a puppy, going on 6 years and has been with us through his epilepsy diagnosis and treatment, several bouts of "what did he eat?" separation anxiety, and who knows what else! She is always helpful and follows up any time ive ever had a problem with Mr. B. She is up front about cost and not just throwing the gamut of treatment at you when your pet is ill, she talks you through it all and lets you decide what is best for you and your pet with her recommendations and support.. After moving North and still driving down to Dallas to go to City Vet Oak Lawn i was THRILLED to learn that she was now located in Addison with City Vet, and we were happy to follow her there! I recommend her and her staff to everyone.

My cats always seem to find something to eat or get into that they shouldnt, and every time I come I have a wonderful experience with the facility and all the staff members. Ive been to other vets in the area who just want you in and out and dont seem to care about the animals. At CityVet I never worry about that happening and am always told what to expect. The prices are reasonable and they dont try to pressure me into more expensive medications if I cant afford it, and have always given me cheaper alternatives if the vet bill got very high. Once all three of my cats got sick at the same time and with their advice were better within the week. Highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a good vet for their little fur babies.

I have been taking my dog to City Vet since she was born. She is now 15. Their prices are awesome, the staff is amazing (how can they be so happy all the time?!), and the DRs are God sent. I must confess that Dr, Dennis is my favorite. When my dog was having stress related seizures, the vet had me call when I was within 5 minutes of the clinic. When I pulled the Vet was waiting in the parking lot and gave Emma her shots in the car and sent me on the way. They said they would mail me the bill - just get my baby back home. I have referred many people to City Vet and everyone that went has become a lifelong customer.

I brought my puppy in for an infection in the ear she got from a dog attack. When we went in there the vet looked her over and noticed her knee was dislocated! The previous vet (different location) had said the puppy was simply limping because she had an extra toe, so we thought it was normal. City Vet also detected the early signs of hip dysplasia on our pup and directed us to some awesome supplements that will help long-term. She is well on her way to recovery and I just dont trust any other vet anymore.

They took really good care of our sick little cat for a long time, but on at least 2 occasions, our cat contracted an upper respiratory infection after visiting this vet. I have never had this happen anywhere else. Their prices are reasonable. Very competitive. Parking is very tight. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a little dicey if you have a big car.

Very busy, the vet did not take much time to diagnose my cat. She incorrectly diagnosed her with ringworm, when it was obvious even to me that it was not. The facilities are nice and clean and the staff is friendly.
