I bring my baby here regularly for dayplay and love that he is tired and happy when I pick him up! I have to say that the front desk staff is less than cordial on some days, in particular one of the ladies who has been there alone on Saturdays. If it is too close to closing time she is rude. If I ask about grooming without an appointment she is rude. If I ask about setting up a boarding appointment, again she is rude. It is really disappointing. I am going to try the Uptown location for a friendlier experience.

Long time patron of the Dog Lofts. They take excellent care of my two Dalmatians. I board on occasion and day play regularly as well. Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Dogs love going and come home tired from their day of play. Boarding is excellent as well. I always feel comfortable leaving the guys knowing they will receive the same care that I would give. Their association with City Vet insures should something come up there are qualified veterinarians nearby to take care of the dogs.

Our Italian Greyhound has been going to the Dog Lofts on Oak Lawn for a couple of years. We LOVE everything about this place. They treat our dog super well, and the staff has been nothing but caring, accommodating and loving when we have boarded our dog. I highly recommend this place to anyone. We are about to move out of town, but anytime we return to Dallas with our dog, she will definitely be visiting for doggy day play.

We have been regulars at the Oak Lawn Dog Lofts (now Ruffit) for close to 2 years now. We really enjoy the staff. They treat the dogs with great care. The bathers and groomers are excellent! It is so convenient to have the veterinarians right across the street, too. If there are any concerns, they will come over and check on them while the dogs are at day play. I highly recommend these folks.
