This clinic was great! I saw some reviews that said that the customer service was bad, but I beg to differ! I took my dog in for surgery on his ACL and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Dr. Gleason not only did a great job on my dogs surgery, but also took the time to explain to me what was going to happen and answer any questions that I had. I felt that as a customer I was treated with respect and courtesy, and that as a patient my dog was cared for incredibly well. The staff showed me nothing but compassion and kindness. The whole process went very smoothly, and I cannot be happier that this was the vet clinic I chose to have my dogs procedure at. I highly recommend this clinic!

Unpleasant, unprofessional environment to take your pet. Jenny has a nasty attitude, and is very RUDE. Please do not waste your time attempting to get an appointment here. They dont answer the phone or will answer then place you on and "endless" hold.The doctor is as unprofessional as the staff. They do not provide updates or information regarding your pet PRIOR to rendering services. The office smells, and is nasty. Terrible experience, will NEVER patronize this place again!!!

Hispanic front desk girl with black hair has huge attitude problem my dog was barking and she was making faces she asked me a question could not heir her and she spoke up with a frustrated voice place looks dirty and unprofessional i felt like i was at Wal-Mart with their staff. Nobody cares about their job im sure their is but the rest of them ruin it they do not look like dog lovers at all

The costumer service was awful . Had both my pups nuetered from there and they were bleeding a lot I mean a lot my puppy left my sheets and whole bathroom full of blood my older dog his cut kept opening . I wasnt to happy that I had to go through with this . I know thats shouldnt happen .

I was not happy with the customer service nor care of our 9 week old puppy. When I called to ask for specifics, I wasnt given anything but a vague answer. I was given soiled bedding back. Very unhappy. Will be looking for a new place.
