If I could give them zero stars, I would. Called this morning to get my dogs seen since she was coughing all night and suspected kennel cough. They scheduled me at 4pm and was informed not to be late or else I wont be seen. I got there a few minutes before 4. Front desk (Carla) very rude, telling me to leave the facility and put my dog in the car since she might have kennel cough. Its 97 degrees!! put the dog in the car to get a heat stroke?? Asked if I could hang outside the facility, was told no, since she didnt want my dog spreading anything and they didnt have a room ready for me! Asked how long it would be before they have a room for me, her response " I have no idea, its very busy and we are behind"... If you schedule me at 4 pm and know that my dog might have kennel cough, you should have a room ready for me and not rudely tell me to put my dogs in the car when its 97 degrees outside. Walked out and will take my dogs else where! Horrible customer service. Will never come back or recommend this place to anyone!

My cat has a chronic allergy problem that leads to URIs. Ive been through all the over the counter meds and she still gets sick. Previous vet didnt have any other suggestions and the antibiotic didnt totally clear the URI. This vet had better meds that totally cleared up her nose and a injectable antibiotic that lasts 2 weeks and cleared up the URI. Also a probiotic that may have helped kick the problem to the curb. Much happier kitty now. AND these guys have really good customer service. They sent my cat a birthday card and called to check on her 3 weeks after our visit. I appreciate their extended hours (7:30 to 6) as well because I have a long commute.

We LOVE Dr. Carla Vega she has been seeing my Rottweiler since she was 3 months old (she is now 7 yrs old )when she moved from her old office I had to look for her high and low and was extrilmly exited to find her again I will not let any other vet see my baby girl she is the most loving , caring and professional Vet I have ever meet and I have meet meny. She care about all her patients and I truly know that she has a passion for a job. She will always go out of her way to do what is best for our 4 legged babies. If you are looking for an amazing, professional passionate and loving vet, I highly recommend Dr. Carl Vega .

I dont just like Northwest, I love them. When my old sweet dog was passing away we went here on a referral from our rescue. Dr. Jacobs was incredible in her care of our sweet dog. Now, as our other dogs age, we have been taking them as well. The staff is amazing, the doctors are wonderful. When our sweet girl finally passed, we got a package from the hospital with foot prints and a card signed by everyone in the office. I opened it and just cried. I was so touched.

Dr. Vega has been my dogs vet for over 5 years, she has helped my boys through cancer surgery and many other procedures. I dont trust many vets with my boys as I am huge on my boys being treated like they are my children and not like just a patient. She is very professional but also caring and hugs and plays with my boys each time she sees them. I highly recommend her. Let her know how you want your animals treatment to go and she will do it.

Dr. Santchi, Amanda and the rest of the gang have helped me with 6 Rainbow Bridge passings. They are AWESOME. I run an animal rescue ranch Bridlespur Rescue Ranch in Georgetown and they do their best to keep my budget matched with compassion. No fancy pants spa here just hard workers who love animals and bust their a$$es handling incredibly impatient, self-entitled customers who storm the front desk at times..

I took my little puppy in to see them. They werent mad cause I was little bit late. They were so good to Zeus and I. They are pretty cheap and understanding about money issues. They got him all done within an hour and got us on our merry way with less than $50. Granted I did get a free check from the shelter.
