Although the staff was friendly my experience wasnt that enjoyable. The floors, especially the baseboards, were very dirty all 3 times I went in. Over the phone the receptionist had a hard time hearing me, which seemed to frustrate her resulting in a rude attitude. Also, the vets daughter, maybe 4 years old, is always crawling on the counters and eating dog treats. They would even leave her unattended in the rooms with me, making me her babysitter during my appointments. Although the staff seemed nice, overall they were very unprofessional and I wont be returning.

Friendly people working there. Unfortunately waiting 45 minutes in a room with 3 dogs was not fun. 45 min beyond appointment time with one dog shaking the entire time. Lots of conversations going on in back room while we were waiting. We were ready to leave. My dogs are treated well, but this last visit for shots, exams, and one med was quite expensive. Moral: Retired people cant afford to take all three dogs to the vet at once. I will know better next time.

Wonderful staff who took excellent care of my dog through his surgery! Always available to make an appointment when really needed, even if it happens to be last minute day of. When we show up for our appointment we never have to wait too long to be seen. Their prices are also VERY affordable, especially compared to those in the surrounding area. I will be recommending this vet to all of my friends!

I cant say enough great things about Dr. Klein and the entire staff at Hooves and Paws. They always take time to fully examine our dogs and they genuinely love the animals. We brought our dog in last week for a spot on her shoulder and they caught a UTI that was just about to be really get going - saved our dog pain and a trip back! Great place, great people and really reasonable prices.

I had been taking my pet to another vet clinic for regular check ups and the cost was getting astronomical. Hooves and Paws was much more reasonable in pricing but also gave excellent care and I was so pleased. This is now definitely my choice for veterinary care. Everything just seemed to be a "natural fit." Im grateful you are there.

These people are the best! Dr. Polson took excellent care of our very sick cat until he died, and was so caring and comforting to us! Theres nowhere else I would take my cats to, she knows so much about them. A cat whisperer, thats what she is! And theyre also quite affordable. What else can we want? Monica P

The staff is great, and very up front and honest. So nice to get a good honest opinion of what we should about my Daughters FFA Goat who has Caceous Lyphadenitis, even if we have to pull him from showing. Its the right thing to do.

Great vet clinic. Has a small town feel to it. They get to know your pet and will always come around the desk and greet and pet them as soon as you come in the door. Its a welcome change from the larger corporate vets around.

Weve been taking our dogs (Husky and a Pomeranian) to Dr. Klien since before they moved to their new facility. The staff and Dr. are excellent and I highly recommend them. The "new" facility is very nice!

Very nice staff and Dr was really knowledgeable and also nice. Small vet office but I like that its this way . they were able to see us the same day, cost isnt bad and not as pricey . plus it was close!
