I took my 2 month old cat kitten in throwing up repeatedly and they perscribed Reglan in early Feb 2013. Reglan only stops the throwing up. Stopped the Reglan after a week as the kitten became increasingly listless. Once, I stopped the Reglan it began volently throwing up again and I took the kitten in the next day. The kitten was hydrated under the skin and given Zithromax. After 48 hours the kitten was worse. Took it back in and it was given more hydration under the skin and a shot for nausea. The kitten died the next day. I cannot in all good concience recommend this clinic for serious issues that are life threatening for your animal. The place comes across to me to be not agressive with thier treatment of a very ill kitten, what was done was too late and not effective. Cost me $465 and ended up with no definitive diagnosis and a dead full blood registered Persian female 2 month old kitten that I hand raised. Comes across as keep the kitten sick to make me come in repeatedly and run up the bill. Taking your sick animal here is risking its life. Larry Francis

We love Mayfair animal hospital! We will never go to another vet! We had a healthy 14 year old pup until her last few months. Dr Weid was always so attentive, compassionate and patient with us. We could really see that he cared deeply for her! We were in so often we became very familiar with all the staff. They were all great and all seemed to care for Kai. It was very hard for us to see her so sick but knowing she was well taken care of by people that cared helped! Dr Benton was there for Kais final day. She was so kind and understanding. They let us stay as long as we needed to. It meant a lot to see how sad they all were to say goodbye to her as well. If your looking for a vet, you wont find a better staff! Thank you everyone for keeping such good care of our baby! We miss her so much still!

Dr. Wied and his Staff were amazing! First time brought my sick dog, so caring. He was very informative, gave great directions. Spent lots of time with us explaining everything. My husband and I felt that he had Annies best interest in mind. Wish Id been coming here for years. Will definately bring my fur children here now!

They are wonderful! I have had numerous vets and animals in my life. Dr. Weid and Dr. Burton both went to Texas A&M an amazing program. Dr. Weid is a great communicator and a kind soul. Dr. Burton was kind when we just out our dogs to sleep in January. His staff is wonderful!
