So Lucy and Joel are the same person by the way. They are offended because they cant pick up on a day the salon is CLOSED. But anyway, there are people there taking care of the pets, so maybe they should just stop being so sensitive and insensitive at the same time. Thats a rest day for those awesome people and they work hard and deserve it! Ive been taking my pets there for years. I now live in San Antonio, but I still drive all the way down there to leave my pets if I am going out of town because they are the only ones I trust. They love animals. If only the clients that go in there were as decent as their pets. You should see the way some of these clients treat the staff and they should be ashamed of themselves for causing such scenes in a place that takes such good care of your pets. Ive seen people refuse to return because of this or that reason. They create a huge scene, but then I see them return. They can be self righteous assholes all they want, but when it comes down to it, a majority of those snobs know that this is the only place that will still take them in and do amazing work despite the disgusting attitudes that the pet parents come in with. Im glad that they have clients like me that can appreciate great work and caring individuals. If you want your dog to stay here or get groomed here then get a grip and understand that these people love your pets! PS- I can make five other accounts, too, Lucy. Unless you want to continue whining about not being able to access a business on a day that they are closed. Would you write a bad review of Target if you tried to go at a time they were closed? Well... you probably would.

I have been taking my dog to be groomed here for over a year and have been happy. After today I am not going back because they did such a horrible job on my dog. It is going to take three months for his coat to get back into shape. Instead of trimming him according to the way he had been trimmed they did it completely different. He had a long tail and they just hacked on it so it was uneven and cut off several inches. His ears are long and instead of just trimming the bottom they cut completely around the ear -- couldnt they tell from they way it had been done in the past that that was not correct. His ears were still dirty inside. I called and complained they said I could bring him back and they would "fix" it. But, there is no fixing it now -- it has to grow out. Very disappointed and now I have to find a new groomer. They are also raising their prices in Feb. I already pay almost $60. Looks like they have new groomers and the one I had before who I liked is gone.

Emergencies are unexpected. This facility does not work with its customers when there is an emergency. Even though pick up is scheduled for Monday, I drove in in Sunday (mind you there were people inside they let me in) because my mother in law was hospitalized in Mexico. I offered to pay even for Sunday night and they refused. The owner flat out told me Id have to figure it out. Straight "female dog." Sorry for the diction used but thats exactly what she was. They take care of our pets and should have compassion. She showed no compassion. I would really think not twice but three times before leaving your pet(s) in their hands. Last time customer. Would have given it 0 stars if it was an option. False advertisement. Online they show its open Sundays from 9-5. She deleted my previous comment. Why? You keep deleting it and I will keep creating accounts and blasting your inconsiderate behavior and actions.

Terrible!!. My poor dog was there from 10 am to after 5 pm and was never groomed I had an appointment at 10 she was given a bath and thats it!! I asked if she was at least given water or let out to use the bathroom and was told she could use the bathroom in the cage and was never given an answer about water. I had to pay for the bath and no one else will give her a haircut with out bathing her again so now I will have to pay double. They could have called me and let me know or they could have told me at 2:40 when I called to see if she was done. Very unhappy customer have been there several times over the last 3 years the last time we were there they kept her at least 5 hours.

We took our dog several times last year and thought this was the place to go. However, the second to last time, they tried giving my husband a dirty old blanket, thinking it was ours. We thought nothing of it, though a little concerned that there was a dirty blanket near our dog . But the last time we took our dog for a weekend boarding, he returned with a touch of kennel cough and a horrible reaction to flea bites on his bum. It took $250 and plenty of medicine to get our dog back to normal. The staff is polite but we need a place that keeps dog clean and healthy. BTW, we keep our dog up to date on all shots and flea preventative pills. It could have been worse.

I left my dog with perfect paws for a weekend and I would call and check on her daily. They told me she was fine and doing well, but when I picked her up she had scratches all over her face and a huge gash on her nose that was bleeding. The lady told me that it had happened two days prior and even had pictures of it but according to her she didnt want to worry me and let me know before we came over to pick her up! My husband and I were infuriated! Do not take your dog here! Horrible service!

Wow I dont know how or what happened to these folks down below...... My Yorkie has been going here to Erika for 5 years now.... I can say this the dog jumped out this morning ran in tail wagging saw Erika and could not have given a damn about me..... She has always been clipped bathed and shined up.... I know she .... Really she loves being pampered here..... I am sorry for those who have an inconsistent experience.... Mine has always been an A+

I have many dogs myself and have heard very bad reviews from this place!.. EVERYONE should think many times before placing ur furbaby at this place. As a fur parent not being able to pick up your fur Child during an emergency is not acceptable. To all my fur parents out there, I strongly recommend you stop going or dont ever go and provide your business to perfect paws. They are inconsiderate and show NO compassion

Best place to take your pets to get groomed and best boarding hotel. Left my dogs for Thanksgiving weekend and will take my 3 dogs for Christmas Holidays too. The best working crew, very caring and loving! Clean and good smelling facility! My dogs dont get stressed there. Will definitely recommend it!!! Thanks for caring for my pets!!!

Horrible experience. I thought i was going to get my dog back who would have been cleaned and smelled great. But I got my dog back and smelled like he rolled around in poop. Will never take my dog back there again. I just handed them over $30 for them to keep my dog for an hour. I could have done that myself.
