Ive been bringing my dogs to this vet for the last 4 or 5 years and have finally hit my frustration point. Ive never even seen Dr. Sharp. Ive always met with one of the 2 other young female veterinarians. Their lack of experience shows when dealing with my dogs. Although quite friendly and caring of my animals, they do not seem to know the answer to problems they experience. Hundreds of dollars are spent as they run every imaginable test over and over. I began to realize that my average vet bill was $200 because we had to rule out multiple things each time. It seems a bit excessive that I walk out with bags full of "try this" medications. I think they have a friendly staff, but its a young and inexperienced group that I will not be visiting any longer. I wish I could have met with Dr. Sharp at least once because his reputation is what brought me to this office in the first place.

Ive had very good experiences with this vet. They really care for the animals and have done their best to help me with their various issues and make them comfortable during the visits. There is one lady, I swear she is a professional cuddlier, because that is all she does when we visit. She gently holds my dogs so they are comforted and not excessively scared. I really appreciate it because I came to this vet after my dogs neck was hurt at another location where they were being somewhat rough with him during a nail cutting. I dont know what my post says Noise Complaint and I cant delete the post, I can only edit. I must be logged into the Dallas 311 system. Sorry is it is misleading. Kevin Hendricks

Ive taken my dog to two other vets in the area, and while they are alright, Dr. Carroll is outstanding! She was so kind and put all her attention into finding out what was wrong with my dog. I truly felt that my dog was in great hands the entire time. On top of this, we were a walk in. We didnt have an appointment, and I was fairly certain that my dog wouldnt be able to get in to be seen anywhere. However, they were very nice about us not having an appointment, and we were able to get in fairly quick. Its just so nice to find a vet that you feel comfortable with, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Carroll to anyone!

Dr Rogers and the staff at this clinic have done right by my pets and myself at every turn for four years -- four years that one of my pets would otherwise not have had. Theyre very easy to schedule a time with and have never rushed me out of the door. With minor problems that did not have an obvious cause, theyve educated me on observation, what to watch for and cheap (free) options to try instead of rushing for expensive testing or treatments. Very pleased with these fine folks.

As a disclaimer, ive never been a pet owner in the city before. However, the staff at Animal medical Center of Plano are really great. They handle my pup well and theyre very accommodating to my schedule - I needed a last minute rabies shot and they squeezed me in within 30 minutes. The only thing I would say is that they are a little pricey, but that also could be relative. Give them a try!

Collectively, my boyfriends and his family plus myself have used Dr. Sharp maybe 15 or more years. The staff really cares as much as Dr. Sharp. They never rush through appointments and figure out how to work with ya if there is a financial issue. Dr. Sharp is the most compassionate vets I have ever met! Dr. Sharp and his staff to use have become party of our family.

Dr. James Sharp has been our veterinarian for over 40+ years! His experience and always up-to-date knowledge of every new or updated advance in vet medicine is truly incredible. Ive personally seen him cure several rescue dogs when the rescue groups vets could not. Dr. Sharp, the other vets in the clinic, and the staff are absolutely the best of the best!
