My family has always done business with this vet. What made them so wonderful is that they cared about animals. They have always given care advise over the phone for strays, that I end up helping cause I dont make much money but I cant find it in my heart not to help an animal that is injured. Today I called and this female I spoke to was rude and cold hearted. All she kept telling me, I was trying to get out of paying a bill. That really made me angry. I think that female needs to find another job if thats all she was concerned with was money. What happen to yall crossroads vet... What made yall special is that money or no money, yall had a heart and cared but now that that female is there, yall have turned your back on helpless stray... NEVER going back there ever till that heartless female is gone... Think twice before you take your pet... Or at least make sure your pet has a credit/checking acct attached to him or her....

I was so happy to hear that when Crossroads Veterinary opened up they had a horse specialist! I can honestly say that Dr. Sam is VERY knowledgable, friendly, accommodating and he has a great feel for horses. My reason for changing to his practice several years ago was because the vet Id used for years and liked was often too far away to respond to any (colic) emergency. Dr Sam is opened minded and compassionate. He also charges fairly and is always very thorough in his descriptions of what is wrong and what he is doing. In fact, he usually explains things a couple times in a row using different words, just to be sure that youve got it. He will explain treatment options but they are always OPTIONS and he will not use the guilt trip method some vets use in order to push a certain course of treatment. I cant say enough good things about him as a person and professional. Thanks for all you do Sam!

Recommended to Crossroads by a friend and couldnt be more pleased with our vet switch. Our dog needed to have surgery and he received the best care possible here in Victoria. The office staff is always so friendly, and the vet techs are knowledgable. Dr. Mark has always made time to answer our questions at any time even without a anppointment.You can tell this office cares and has compassion for their clients . Have stopped in mutliple times during the day and the office and kennels have always been clean and always greeted by a friendly face. Highly recommend!!!

We love the Crossroads Veterinarian Clinic. Thanks to Dr Haley for her wonderful services for our pets. She is an excellent Veterinarian as well as compassionate and caring with her fur babies and families. The staff is very professional and friendly. We would definitely recommend!!!

Dr Mark is extremely personable, caring and knowledgeable about dogs. We enjoy bringing our dogs to his clinic. The veterinary assistants are equally helpful. (Just try to ignore the idiots at the front desk)
