I highly recommend the Kitty Klinic & Kitty Komfort Inn to anyone looking for a good feline vet and/or boarding facility. The Kitty Klinic is a small but very personable space. Their staff was always friendly and polite towards us and our cats, plus, they were very good about explaining charges and payment options. Additionally, they frequently have cats available to adopt; we ended up bringing one home ourselves. During our time in Olympia, we brought both cats in for routine examinations and vaccinations. I found the prices reasonable, and as stated before, they were willing to work out payments with us. This was fortunate as one of our cats began to experience some breathing difficulties and had to be examined immediately. Even after an overnight stay with oxygen treatments and medications, the pricing was fair and reasonable. Furthermore, the Kitty Klinic is essentially the same place as the Kitty Komfort Inn, which offers short-term and long-term boarding. We actually first found the Kitty Klinic when we were looking for someplace to keep our cat while we were away. Weve boarded both our cats here several times and were very happy with their service. In fact, they went above and beyond standard customer service; with a lot of advanced notice and frequent contact, we were allowed to pick-up our cats outside of normal business hours. As I said before, I would highly recommend Kitty Klinic & Kitty Komfort Inn for your feline veterinary needs.

They told me that one of their vets is an exotic vet so I brought my cavy there to get her hind area checked, she has white specs all over and screams at me when I try petting her there, they took a q tip, wiped her butt with it, then told me they would come back with the results. I waited a half hour which was fine but the vet came back in the room and completely forgot that she was supposed to look at her findings under a microscope and then told me when I asked her about the results " shes fine she is just sensitive" they took her weight and it turns out nothing was written up in her records because I just asked for them to be sent and they sent a blank record sheet to me. NOT going back, I understand that she is a guinea pig but thats no excuse. Dont miss lead people by saying you have an "exotic vet" Front desk is not friendly either.

The service was mediocre, though I like that they focus on only cats, hence avoiding the barking dogs that often scare my cats. However, the owner and primary vet at Kitty Klinic is a cat breeder. Breeding cats is inconsistent with caring about cats on a level that vets should care -- they should understand the pet overpopulation problem more than the average person. When asked -- in writing and cordially -- to explain her breeding, the vet declined to respond. I will not trust my cats to a breeder.

These people are AMAZING. They always answer your questions, no matter how lame you think they may be. They have time to listen to your needs before throwing out suggestions or drugs for the animal. I like that they do a fantastic job while still trying to take the most cost-effective route so that you dont have to live on the street in order to make sure your pets stay healthy and happy. I will never take my kitties any place else. THANK YOU for doing such a great job.

My family and I have been taking our cats here for years. They have always provided excellent, immediate attention, and have always placed our concerns as a top priority. The staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Although we have never boarded our cats here, I have seen the rooms personally and they are what every cat could want when away from home. Kitty Klinic is highly recommended.

My son has a leopard gecko that we have had to take in twice in the past cpl months and I was extremely impressed with the Kitty Klinic. Contrary to its name Dr. Katie is also a reptile specialist and provided excellent care for our little lizard. The prices are also very reasonable. All of the staff were friendly and competent I would highly recommend the Kitty Klinic.

Caring, professional, helpful, I brought my cat Soxy in on an emergency and they were able to hit him in despite it being a surgery day at Kitty Klinic.I felt that all the staff personally cared about him, and I knew he was in good hands. He is healing well now after being at deaths door, I am so very thankful to everyone there,

Excellent service and they take good care of cats. Its also very helpful that the vet is a specialist in cats. I would give it a 5/5 but I dont have enough experience with other vets to make a comparison.
