I arrived on time for my appointment today at the puyallup location to see Dr. Ali. When I arrived I had to wait in line to be checked in which was fine until the receptionist came out several minutes after checking me in and said because I was ten minutes late I could not be seen. I told her I was not late I was waiting in line and had to go though at least 5 min of checking in because I was a new patient. The receptionist apologized but said Dr. Ali told her to tell me she could not see me because the computer said I checked in ten minutes late. Needless to say I will not be trusting my healthcare with a Doctor like that.

DO NOT GO HERE. These people are crooks. When I went to have some emergency tests done, I specifically told them I was not covered because my new job had a 90 day period in which insurance was not provided. I asked the doctor to only order necessary testing. I was told my testing would be less than $200 but I received a bill for $900!! On top of that, the doctor never even called me to go over my test results. So Im going to have to pay $900 for absolutely nothing. AVOID

Wait time is touch and go. I expect doctors to see you on time just like they expect you to be there on time. Not Dr. Ali, who is also very unprofessional as she does not listen or take notes. I was repeatedly asked the same questions that were not necessary to ask at each visit. She does not follow up. She insinuated I was lying, again she does not listen. Her communication ability for a doctor is extremely lacking.
