Definitely Poor!! After waiting almost a month for my glasses to come in, my prescription was completely off. I tried to tell this to the receptionist and she told me that nothing was wrong and that I had to give them a couple of weeks for my eyes to adjust. I have been wearing glasses pretty much my whole life and this has never been the case. When I went back, it turns out that they had messed up on prescription and now I have to wait almost another month to get a new pair! Needless to say, I will never go here again. They are beyond unprofessional and rude!!!

My son failed his eye test at DMV, we went here to see about his severe stigmatism. They said there was nothing wrong. Tell that to DMV!! I also tried to fill a prescription for myself and they said it would be 4 to 6 weeks. My folks went here as well, and recieved terrible service, terrible glasses for my dad.

LOVE IT! I will continue to go back to Bonney Lake Optical. The office has two new receptionists and they are very helpful and nice. I wasnt able to come pick up my glasses until 5:30 and they stayed and waited for me. I have never had a problem. My glasses were here in a timely manner.

Worst eye doctor I have been to. Rushed my refraction and then when I got my glasses the script was completely off. When I complained they said I just had to get used to them. Been wearing glasses for 30 years and this was without a doubt the worst doctor I have been to in my life!

Extremely rude on the phone. I called to schedule my daughter her first eye appointment and the woman that answered was rude and impatient with me for no reason. After that first impression I will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone in the future.

we went to Bonney Lake Optical the receptionist was very rude. we have been waiting over a month for my daughters glasses. We have called them 3 times and always the same answer another 2 weeks. The doctor was nice but the overall process is a joke. Dennis

I had to change my eye doctor because my insurance changed, which is what led me here. I ordered glasses and they said they would call. Two months later I am still wairing after numerous calls.
